Kenneth HMy only complaint is the spiders, stink bugs, and rats in my storage. Upon moving, I had rat poop and insects in my belongings. There was a mouse trap outside my unit but it didn’t seem to help.

MARY LNothing as far as the store and customer service goes. I do think it is ridiculous that you have to pay a flat rate price for travel. I picked up my uhaul Saturday and dropped it off Sunday in a different state and still had to pay well over 300 dollars for price and additional miles. That is absolutely insane for a one day use and less than 600 miles was used.
Tiveria WThe location was fine, but the experience was terrible - not the location's fault, but U-Haul as a company's fault. Use standard 2" receiver hitches on your frickin trucks. This weekend turned into a nightmare because your stupid truck was incompatible with my trailer's tongue. The flange around the connecter was about 1/4" too wide to slide between your bumper and the ball. If I could have used my own hitch in a standard receiver, it would've worked fine.

LARISSA CIt was clean to the eye but they have messed up ceilings & they are taped with silver tape. The turds from the rats are huge. I used the facility for 9 months and when I finally moved out I had to toss my mattresses, boxsprings, & living room furniture because the taped up ceiling fell through. All in all it wasn't tampered with but my furniture though.

Tammy RI reserves a haul with Bullfrog Mart. I had a reservation number but no uhaul. The lady at the store was very rude. By that time, I recently fed a call from uhaul telling me a truck was available at Hamilton. That type of service five Uhaul a bad name. Hamilton was a pleasure to do business but Bullfrog Mart was the PITS.

frederick wThe inside of the cab was filthy, has grass stuck to the inside of the passenger fender. Can see when the door is open. In the cab was a empty drink bottle, a drink cup lid, a crayon, I left a bag of what I found in the truck so you could see what was in there. Plus the floor was filthy.

ERICA HThe u haul I rented was very nasty and not cleaned. Inside the cab had a very bad oder, I had to drive with my Windows down. The back of the u haul was as bad as the front, trash all over the place. Bugs and food dropping all over the cab of the truck.
Freddie BTo improve my next rental U Haul should refund some money if you do not use all the miles and all the days. It is expensive enough. I did not need the truck for 4 days.
SHARON HThe truck was new-ish and it ran very good. The staff at Hamilton was very friendly and cooperative. This was my best U-Haul experience ever. No issue, day went great, truck was just right for my needs.

SHAWNA HTruck was clean . But had mechanical issues. Wish it was nasty & dirty. & ran good. Thought it was gonna stop n route. But I made it. That truck should NEVER been allowed to be a rental . May have been a minor issue. But who needs issues on the interstate!
