First of all at the pick up location there was a man behind the desk with a woman on speaker phone asking me all of my personal information. There was a random man just sitting in the office hearing me being asked person questions then when I was handed the keys to the truck the man stood up and pointed out the door at the truck. I have never driven a U-Haul or a vehicle this big and was very uncomfortable. When I went to the truck the back was completely open as were both windows in the front of the truck with bird crap all over the steering wheel due to the windows being open. The drop off location I had to call for information on proper dropping off and the man that answered was very nice, answered my questions and was overall very informative and nice.
Sarah MThey were extremely rude, unprofessional, NO knowledge of customer service. The man just came up to my truck and took off the trailer didn’t ask me for anything. I tried to talk to him but he was on the phone. The was a language barrier and he was moving around as I tried to talk. I asked for receipt, he said something as he was walking around on the phone. He later said they were closed- then he should not have taken the trailer off my truck. He said his daughter was coming back to give me a receipt but at that time he was talking Spanish and I didn’t know who he was talking to. He kept walking moving around. The daughter came jump out the car with attitude and stated I was yelling at her father. As I was yelling back trying tell her I needed receipt and I not going any where without one. I called u-haul to let them know and I told them I was going to call the police. This was the worst, horrible, sickening, (that evening I thru up) experience of my LIFE. I’m in customer service business but you all u-haul don’t care nothing going to happen but at least I’m voicing what happened to me. No one should have to go thru what I did.

Stephen SMy experience with U-Haul customer service, particularly with manager Luisa over the phone, was exceptionally poor. Despite reaching out for assistance with my reservation from Hinesville, GA to Ocala, FL, Luisa's handling of the situation left much to be desired.Communication with Luisa was challenging and unhelpful. She appeared uninformed about my reservation details and was unable to provide clear guidance or assistance. Her responses were lacking in professionalism and failed to address my concerns effectively.When I encountered issues during the rental, including damage to my vehicle, Luisa offered no meaningful assistance or resolution. Her dismissive attitude and lack of accountability further exacerbated an already frustrating situation.Overall, my experience with U-Haul's customer service under Luisa's management was deeply unsatisfactory. I would caution against relying on this service for any rental needs due to the poor communication, unhelpful attitude, and lack of support demonstrated by Luisa and her team.

Noel DI wish that I could call them. They do not answer the phone, so when I have problems, there is no solution. Also can not easily call UHaul. This.location has staff from about 9 am to noon only if you drive there and mostly they only speak Spanish. Also, when you reserve on website, they have no record of reservation, so you must start over. Wish there was another source of UHaul on West side of Ocala.

Gary PI called in advance it was my last desperate call trying to get a reservation they handled perfectly easy and very helpful No need to change a thing we went to 4 different uhaul places to get a car hauler trailer no one knew what to do nor could handle the reservation we needed they barely could get into computer to put in my info even though it was all still in there from the last time I used uhaul a few months ago wow anyway thank God I found them I will be back on anyand all occasions.......thank you again it was a pleasure

Gabriela Powner showed up after 9 am to open location and my reservation was set up days prior for 830 pick up. She was unapologetic. Vehicle had cigarette ashes in it and was not cleaned prior to my using it. would not recommend this location.

James KWaited 45 minutes for someone to show up past opening. Time to receive my rental back. Tried using the app and it wouldn't let me upload photographs of the condition and location of the trailer. Both this location and your app failed.

James BClean trailer and fast service after rental. Phone is often not answered esp. around lunch due to high volume. *Phone not answered as U-haul'*, but just 'hello' and nothing further -makes it harder to know if you reach the right place. Still a good experience though. Recommended.

Keeano MNo problem with THIS drop off location, HOWEVER, I was told I could drop of the trailer at ANY UHAUL LOCATION within 20 miles, this was NOT the case. After 2 long and stressful days of moving furniture across the state, I was told I had to drive across town to drop off the trailer or I would be charged a fee!!
Nadia MI returned a trailer with this man once before. I requested this drop-off point because of my first experience. I was very well pleased. I would be happy returning a trailer with him again.

Alan SGot my first rental broke down for 6 hours mechanic couldn't fix it it's still charging for the vehicle told me they replaced the vehicle in two days on a Friday and it'll be a free truck no it didn't it turned out to be $130 truck for me plus the $50 I paid for the other truck never got a refund back for any of it supposed to be free and here I am paying $130 after these guys put me on the side of the road for 5 or 6 hours and I had to delay my move and was pour down raining over the weekend no I'm not very happy with you guysI
