Jimmie PI cannot believe uhaul trailers offer no way to lock the trailer to the vehicle? This caused me a great deal of concern and I had to re plan my move around this shortcoming. They need to be retrofitted or each renter offered a wheel disabling lock. Something. How often are trailers stolen off vehicles?

DENNY HThe rental cost was quite high for only moving 90 miles. $600 for a 26ft Truck and a Utility trailer. I rented them both on the Thursday before Memorial Day weekend. I have bad back and had to get help moving and help getting everything unloaded so I wasn't able to return the equipment until the following Tuesday. I got charged an additional $400+ although I called U-Haul several times and explained my situation plus that my daughter cut her hand on the step of the truck requiring stitches. I won't be using U-Haul ever again. I've had issues with their service in the past and a very rude Rental Location in Springfield, Missouri.on South Campbell Ave.

Robert IThe key in the key box was from the wrong truck during mobile check out. It took me 1.5 hour to resolve this issue and the trucks swapped over the phone with customer care

Gregory AI would have liked to have had a chart I guess for the miles how many gallons of gas I should put in it when I was finished it would have made it a little bit easier to figure out how much I used to put in it and there may have been some sort of a chart but I didn't see it.

I had to move two times a year, traveling with a construction crew that built mega shopping malls Then later with pursuant a medical education to becoming a doctor at age 40 (moves to colleges and residencies) This last time, was my absolute best experience! David ZI would absolutely recommend this LOCATION to anyone however I would not recommend UHAUL to anyone. The insurance was a scam. I was told being stuck on gravel was part of my insu6. I talk to a road side assistance rep who was very rude and told me no my insurance didnt cover it and I was to pay 400 to 600 an hr out of pocket to have the truck removed. Very disappointed in the false calm of insurance and waste of extra money.
