Very friendly and welcoming
WILLIAM RWe were given a huge truck. We didn't mind the free upgrade at first but driving was very scary. I also brought the truck back early and didn't get refunded for any of the days i didn't use which doesn't make sense to me. On a positive note the individuals at pick up in pensacola were amazing! Great communication and great prices, wonderful attitudes and they seemed to care a lot about our experience. Drop off went well but at first the truck was parked in the wrong spot and when they demanded we move it we kinda snapped because driving a 24ft truck when you planned on a 20ft or less is very stressful and we had to tell them NO we are not driving that thing again but after that customer service was great and we had no issues at drop off

Ashley CFor driving 11 miles a person shouldn't have to put 2.27 gallons of gas to fill it up when you return it. Perhaps the previous renters didn't fill it.

Rebecca OThe van was non DOT compliant. Left turn signal was out, had no heat( I'm guessing the blend door was stuck) the transmission slips when cold, the van was covered in dog hair, the windshield was so dirty you could barely see out, and no washer fluid

LAKISHA RI dropped off my keys to desk personnel who advised the truck would be turned in and I would receive an email receipt. It took 2 days to get a receipt. I felt this left me open to liability should anything have happened. I drove back to location and completed the check-in process online.

david dGot redirected to pickup location for a 1-way 26ft truck rental that I’d thought was to be from main Uhaul location - greatly appreciated the service at H&M who accommodated getting me in the only 26ft’er and only car hauler. Not H&Ms fault, but had to return to the central Pensacola Uhaul location to pick up appliance cart, moving pads, dolly, etc which (fortunately) were available. All told, great service but lost half the morning ping/pong across city to get what I’d reserved.

Jim SThe text I received to confirm my rental included an address, which was on the same street as the office where I visited to make the reservation. I did not know the address of the office I visited, so I went there to pick up my truck. It was the wrong office, but the gentleman was able to provide a truck as I had reserved, so it worked out. It would be beneficial if a different site is used than originally reserved that the text would emphasize a different location.
Richard KI picked up the truck and drove it to my pickup location and when I opened the cargo area door when I discovered a few wet moldy mattresses and a box spring left by the previous customer. The guy at the desk said that he would discount my bill for the added inconvenience, but never did.

Larry SThe truck fuel was empty when I picked it up. Also the truck did not have the moving blankets I was guaranteed. The location is essentially a wrecking impound yard. The truck was dirty, still had garbage from the last rental. I spent the next hour driving to find gas and then had to visit two other haul locations to find the moving blankets.

Dale GI reserved a truck for the Perdido location. I know the staff there and would much prefer to have worked with them. The employee acted as yhough it was a bother for him to help me. I ordered 24 pads, Pibe Forest only had 18. The employee did not do a walk around with me. The check engine light was on, he poo-pooed it off.
Lisa ALocation needs help, but the staff was excellent.
Joseph JDoor was unlocked, didn't really know if anyone was there. Nearly all dark inside this little cottage building. Dingy and unkempt. Bird cage overflowing with debris from the cage on the floor. I was startled by a man sitting low behind a computer, no lights on near him. He charged me $32 for fuel even though I returned the truck with slightly MORE gas than I picked it up with (39m until empty vs 22 until empty).
