Russell REasy to locate with Google map. Just wasn't familiar with the area so not sure where gas station was located.
Vera CWe were sent way out of our way to pick up a u haul truck by cubby hole storage. We were moving from Bossier City La to Gladewater Tx and we were sent to Waskom Texas to pick the truck up then go back to Bossier City La. This was a waste of our time plus fuel. There are numerous U-Haul facilities in Shreveport Bossier so I would like to know why we were sent way way out of way to pick one up. That was ridiculous. I would like to have an answer as to why this occurred. Thank you Kay Charchio

Lonie HEverything was great at the location! The location was amazing! The lady who assisted us (can’t remember her name) was very nice and polite! The only problem I have is with uhaul’s system! The credit card/debit card system was down… I feel like if it’s an error on uhaul s end and we the customer have to pay cash then we shouldn’t have to pay the deposit being that it’s no fault of our own! Other than that everything was great! Most definitely will be using uhaul again!

Alaina JThis location is very small with limited inventory. We had to go here to pickup a 1-way truck. The attendant does u-haul as part-time gig, therefore not very savvy with computer procedures. Had to call “boss” several times while selling auto parts and keeping grandbaby in office. Picking up truck took a long time, but this is how corporate U-haul does things. This shops commission from U-haul is only 10% of rental.

Bill BFirst of all, my drop off location was I Ft. Stockton, TX, not Waskom. Secondly, I was told the location was open until 2 pm on Saturday. I arrived at 12:30 pm and it was closed. A man arrived in a white tow truck while I was there trying to decide what to do and told me it was his son’s business and I could leave the trailer and didn’t need to do anything else to avoid a late charge. I followed his direction but now see that I incurred a late charge anyway. Very frustrating.

James MI have one complaint. The Uhaul store on Hearne Ave in Shreveport LA had a truck that I wanted but wouldn't let me rent it because I was needing the truck for 4 days. I had to travel to the Waskom Uhaul to get a truck which was an inconvenience.

Jimmie HProvide an on duty individual, or a secure area for dropping off ( trailer )after 5pm. Location was suppose to have 24hr. drop-off service, but I couldn't leave an unlocked trailer outside and risk it being stolen.
kathy mMisti was very professional and patient... The truck I reserved was not only unavailable in the city I reserved it in, but it was late being returned. Misti called and had the truck returned ASAP. She was awesome. I was not happy that even though I reserved the truck for pick up in bossier city, I had to drive to Texas to get one.
