Chris Jones, the area manager, helped us out when we were in a bind when the systems were done and got us up and running super fast. He was extremely friendly and helpful and I recommend anyone in the North Georgia or Tennessee area to work with him!

It may have a slight vibration in the driving but not bad overall it was a good truck and am pleased with it
CURTIS ATrailers are located in an area that is congested with stuff on all sides and in area that becomes very muddy with rain. Not the easiest location to access for trailer pickup.

Courtney Cwe were very upset that the location we were supposed to drop off got changed. U-Haul sent us to another one. We had to drive an extra 45 minutes. It was not the fault of the place that we dropped the truck. Disappointed in U-Haul.

David AI'm trying to take care of a bill and got hung up on and then they added $200 to my balance and I'm still waiting on the store manager to call back and explain and tell me the REAL TOTAL SO that it can be paid. My insurance tried to help and the lady was rude to her as well... Customer Service here is TERRIBLE!!

Philip CThis is not my drop off location. My reservation was changed or equipment not checked in properly @ the Burnsville MN facility. I am in Minnesota, this drop off location is in Georgia. I was charged on my credit card incorrectly for the wrong location.
Jason CNot a thing. Quick and efficient drop-off. My last rental day made me nervous as I did not check to see if the location was open. They close Sundays and lock the entry gate so I had to wait until Monday morning to drop off. But it appears that is/was acceptable.

ROLLIE CI thought I had reserved the last 15' van for the next day and when I came in the next day it was gone. I had to go with a 20' van that didn't fit in my driveway at all.
JOSHUA RI set up a reservation for a car tow but it wasn't available. I set up the reservation 2 months ago. I was very disappointed.

THOMAS RUpdate of the u haul web site is needed as the location information as listed is not correct. The location has been changed from handyman salvage to cabins to castles ,the u haul sign is still at the old location and the phone numbers are not the ones listed on the web site.
RANDY HThe address provided by the representative and the website were incorrect. I would believe the representative did it on purpose she was so mean while she told me how uhaul doesn't care how inconvenient a 5 hour drive was going to be.
NEOMI RThe address for Handyman Salvage was completely wrong on my contract. I rode around in a circle trying to find it. Tried calling but it was after hours. Tried calling uhaul, but was a long wait time. Finally found someone that could tell me where it was and found it. Then charged extra money for additional miles. Bottom line: Make sure the drop off address is correct! The business had moved but the address had not been updated.

Curt RWe had an emergency situation and had to rent a car hauler. The Cabins to Castles in Trenton, GA were amazing and made our situation A LOT LESS STRESSFUL!!. PLUS Cabins to Castles, Trenton GA also have a lot of SOLID Wood cabinets & furniture. I will be going back!! Great place and absolutely great helpful people.
CHARLESERWIN BOur pick-up location was suppose to be Trading Post in Rising Farm. Upon arriving and going through the process on my phone, and then having to call and wait for 30 minutes, I was told the truck was broken and I would have to go to Trenton. This seems like something you should have known at booking. This whole process added many hours to moving and lots of stress. I would not recommend anyone using the virtual pick-up or U-Haul in general.
Ted BLoved the after hours drop off option. Spoke with them a few hours later and they were very friendly and had already checked us in. Super easy!
