The only reason I did not rate this as excellent was because when I tried to return it from my phone there was a glitch and it kept telling me that my find my location was off on my phone when in fact it was not- so I was unable to complete my return property and it was on a holiday which is why I wasn't able to go in for assisstance. Other than that glitch, my experience was great.

The tire was low when the service guy was told that the tire was low it took him 20 minutes to come out with an air bubble and fill up the tire and then it didn't even get enough air in it to keep the tire full within a few hours the tire was low again I had to run around town and get more air in the tire I should've gotten credit then this morning the tire wasn't just low the stupid service the tire light was on

The experience at this store was fine, but the overall experience was a nightmare. Getting my reservation cancelled at the last second caused me to have to drive over an hour to get the trailer. I was especially annoyed when the customer service agent on the phone told me, "we can get you a trailer on monday." Do you not understand how moving works? I made a bunch of arrangements including reserving a trailer so that I could move on a specific day. UHauls crappy system not only cost me me both time as I was not able to leave until the next day and money as the 50 dollar reservation cancellation credit did not cover the cost of gas that I needed to get the trailer. I'm never going to use Uhaul again.

The manager was very friendly and helpful and understanding. Very quick and easy to use. And there wasn't 1000 papers that needed to be filled out! Highly recommend using online check in and highly recommend the location on Lacey in Hanford!

Lower your prices To equalize and not price gouge in California I paid $530 for a U-Haul plus insurance of 70 understand the insurance But in Texas that same U-Haul is $98 Going one way To California versus $530 going one way to Texas I felt that was totally price gouging from your company And unfair but when you're caught between a rock and a hard place you pay the price won't do it again

choose to use my phone to pick up my car and when i went there i had to wait in line to pick up the key off the counter. the service was extremely slow and they added SafeMove insurance to my bill which i didn't ask for ! Disappointing

The mobile check in process took almost 20 minutes. Had to wait for approval for over 15 minutes. This needs to be fixed. Everything else was great.

The man helping me was great!! He really know his stuff. Great customer service and he made me feel like ive been shopping with him for years. But my only complaint was that were a lot of stuff to check before i could get my transport. Like the 2 references that needed to be called, i understand at least 1 but 2 seems excessive.

Ensuring that general maintenance was performed on truck. Front end had no grease in ball joints or tie rods. A mechanic that made repairs on the road told us that he wouldn't feel safe driving the vehicle. Less than 250 miles into a 2000 mile trip, the bottom radiator hose sprung a leak and dumped all of the water and radiator fluid. We were able to make it to a Pilot Truck stop at Kramer Junction. I called roadside assistance and they informed me that someone would be out to make repairs within 90 minutes. 90 minutes come and go and no mechanic has arrived. I called roadside assistance again and they again informed me that someone would be out within 90 minutes. Still no mechanic. The mechanic calls me and asks if the vehicle was a V10 or V8 engine. I told him that I wasn't sure and gave him the Vin number which should have identified which motor was in the vehicle. He stated that he kneeds to know because the radiator hoses are different. I told him to bring both hoses and take back the one he didn't use. He came from Barstow California and stated that he could only find one hose which of course was the wrong hose. He arrived 4 hours later. He said there's nothing he could do so I asked him to contact U Haul and let them know. He stated that that wasn't his job and we would have to call for a tow. I called Roadside assistance and they had us towed to Barstow and put us up in a Ramada Inn. Upon arrival, the desk clerks told us they do not have any rooms for my friend and I. I called u haul again and they wanted to argue with me. The clerk took my phone and was upset talking to the u haul staff. They found the rooms under another name. Greatly frustrated and an ordeal beginning around 4:00pm finally checking into the Rammada after midnight. Next morning, no call on anyone arriving, so I called u haul around 8:40am and while on the phone, I received a call from u haul informing me that a mechanic would be out in around 90 minutes. He arrived quickly. Got the proper hose, made the repair then informed us that he wouldn't feel safe driving the vehicle due to the slop in the front end and no grease in ball joints and tie rods. He greased the fittings best he could and instructed us to follow him to their shop to put the truck on a lift to properly grease the vehicle. The truck was too large for their bays so he told us to take the truck to the u haul business down the street. The business informed us that they do not perform maintenance and I would again have to call roadside assistance. Again, I was told 30 to 90 minutes. An hour and a half later, the mechanic showed up and stated that the front end was fine. Off we go. New Mexico I believe. My friend said he couldn't see out the mirror anymore however, I told him from the passenger seat, I could see out of the passenger mirror. Update store hours please. Wanted to return rental before store closed but store was closed at 3:30pm and it's posted closing time was 5pm. Had to do an online return and only reason it was an inconvenience is because that area has horrible signal so the turn in took awhile.
