The store was closed when I drop the truck off. Didn't see a U-Haul sign anywhere on the building or any other U-Haul vehicles or trailers. Just the black key lock boxes.AL P.

Have the items i booked in truck as planned. Also not have so many hassles with getting international license approved. And last, when dropping off truck make sure customer service is a lot better. I will NEVER use Uhaul again!!! Worst experience in a long timeGidon R.

Truck was very dirty. Got to fairfield with it got charged more charges. Charged more to my bank account a paided for 2 full days. Horrible experience need my money refunded. Never again.James B.

There was no one at the facility when we arrived. As we were unloading someone showed up , but stayed in their car. The name of the facility was different that what was on our sheet. & It was hard to find.patricia W.

What I recommend to improve for the next customer is to shut that location down at 3218 Bellmead Drive. They were completely incompetent. Didn't know what to do. They kept having to call into customer service or something or other. What should have only taken a couple of minutes ended up being 4 hours and I had to go to another location to pick up the second part which was the trailer. Very very dissatisfied. I will tell everybody not to go to that location.Angela A.

Train people properly. They did not tell me there was a mileage charge even though I dropped it off at a different location. The personnel did not know what they were doing. This is a very small sub-station, if you will, but it made for no wait and no hassle!! The two ladies managing it were very kind, professional, prepared for us, and had us on our way in no time. And this was after having scheduling snafus in College Station... but U-Haul found us the "closest" option (slim pickins on a college move-out/in day) that was "on our route". GREAT job, ladies, and yes, I would recommend these folks in Bellmead as your neighborhood equipment dealer!Kellie W.

This is really a UHaul substation. Basically a small portable building that was used for a used car sales office with UHaul being a sideline. The ladies there were efficient and took care to ensure that I knew what I needed to know to get the dolly connected and out the door. The UHaul videos for towing were excellent.HARRY E.

When I went to the U-Haul store to pick up the trailor I had reserved, I was informed that it was located at another location across town. Very frustrating and time-consuming. Then, my bill was twice what it should have been. A phone call straightened it out, but it should not have occurred. I have used U-Haul for a long time, however, I may have to consider ofther options in the future.daryl D.

When I went to drop off the Uhaul during normal business hours there was no one at the location with a sign on the door saying they were else where in town and to call one of the 2 numbers listed. I got someone to answer on the 3rd time trying to call and they said to just put the key in the drop box. The next day I get a call saying I need to give them the security number on the back of my card to get my receipt. It was only when I asked why they needed that they told me the were going to charge me more for gas. I said thats not right and went down to talk to them. Come to find out while the truck had over 1/4 a tank left they had marked it down for 1/8 and were about to charge me an extra $70. These people do not seem honest or just simply do not know what they are doing. I will never do business with them again.RICHARD H.

The staff where unprofessional and not all there. Maybe it was because it was first thing in the morning but having to repeat your information at least 7 times was very off putting. They butchered my last name and destination address. Thankfully the drop off location was better educated.derek C.
