Just keep doing what you are. The Ladies in the office were absolutely wonderful to deal with! They definitely deserve a raise, if for no reason, I felt so Blessed when leaving having them in my day.

Elijah MThe employees at the location and every customer service person was polite, but it was very unorganized. My dear husband did lose the key, and we had to make at least 7 calls between figured out how to get it. Nobody knew what to do, which seems ridiculous, because things do happen, but it was a lot of people not knowing what to do. We did get the key from a local UhAul store, finally, and of course found the other afterwards. Just try not to lose that key, because it’s $315 to get another. We would have spent less paying movers.

Rodney HNot your fault. Ford truck quality has gone down from the last time I rented a U-Haul truck many years ago. Had to slam driver's door close just to cut down on road noise. There is one thing you could do to the truck I rented. Tighten up the passenger outside mirror. It uses a star drive adjusting bolt and since I was out of my town didn't have my tools available to make adjustment. Mirror would not stay in place. Overall the place and personnel were very nice.

BRAD SI noticed the vehicle rode very rough and the steering was difficult to control. I would recommend having the alignment and steering components checked. But the vehicle was very clean and the employees were very polite. 100% recommend

Josiah JI always use this location and the employees are always very friendly and helpful. I would have given excellent review but this time there was an employee I had never seen before and he was not friendly and borderline rude when I picked up the trailer. I had also talked to him on the phone earlier in the day to verify when I can pick my trailer up and he was rather rude on the phone as well. I like the people at this location and will always rent it this location if it's available but that was disappointing.
