The 20ft box truck I rented when you would stop the engine would race up had to keep putting it in neutral to keep from being moving forward needs to be fixed thank you

First thing is quit charging someone extra mileage when they returned the U-Haul to the location that was selected and the second would be quit charging me for fuel when it had more in it when I returned it then it had when I picked it up

It obviously is not under your control as a company, but the entrance to the lot is in very poor condition. i.e. excessive potholes of substantial size, as well as gravel.

There isn't anything wrong with the location, it's with U-haul as a whole. It took a long to get my it because I had no idea what to do. I also didn't know I had to fill out any info after returning it. I returned it an hour before the time. And of course later on, I get a text about having to do a verification. I had been home and I just moved, if you want someone to do a verification at the end. Tell them at the beginning, so they know.

I was very impressed with the ease of getting the rental even when the location was closed. I rented the truck on a Sunday. This location was closed but in just a few easy steps, I was able to retrieve the keys to the UHaul and be on my way. Returning it was even easier. I just dropped the key in the box and was on my way. Thanks UHaul.

I rented a 20 foot truck and got a twenty six for the same piece, that was awesome cause a 20 footer would have been to small, also had a blowout on the trailer hauling my vehicle and they showed up within 20/30 min which was great cause I lost little down time and had a group waiting for me to unload, did not skip its beat,,,??????????

Perfect, wouldn't change anything. Staff friendly, professional, and highly proficient. Their pick up area is great. Plenty of clearance to back up to trailers. I picked up 8 5x8 trailers at various locations around Elizabethtown KY the past 6 weeks and this is by far the best dealer.

Choose moving helpers carefully. The helpers we booked to load the truck never showed up, and cursed me when they finally answered the phone. Their replacements were outstanding, but the helpers who unloaded were four hours late. They moved so slow we had to pay an extra $47.50 in cash.

The local location was great. Before I used the truck, I called the place and the woman who helped me was knowledgeable and nice. The truck was easy to locate and identify. This was my first time using UHaul, so I didn't realize the pickup would require so many steps of verification. It definitely makes sense why, especially since I was a first- timer. The customer service agent from UHaul support was very kind and patient while I tried to get all the things needed for this part. I just wish I knew beforehand what I would have needed and that it could take some time to complete the pickup process. Other things to note: A manual was left in the car. The preexisting damages were all marked. There were stickers with helpful tips here and there (like what gas to use or the number to a mover company with same-day service). The price wasn't terrible either and I was surprised how much could actually fit in a 10ft truck. The mobile pickup option provided clear steps and helpful info to answer FAQs along the way. If I needed more help (I did) the CS number was on the website and the wait to get to an agent was not long (two phone tree selections and I was talking to someone). Overall, it was a positive experience.

I reserved a truck at the Sonora, KY location for Friday, 8:00 a.m. Someone from that location called on Thursday to tell me that they did not have the size truck I reserved. They found the size truck at the location in Upton, KY. But they opened at 9:00 a.m. So Friday morning, I arrived at the Upton location. After sitting there for 45 minutes because no one was there I called the Sonora location and they gave me an 800 number to call which I was on hold for 1/2 hour the first time. I hung the phone up and called again and was on hold another 15 minutes. The person that answered the phone was very helpful. The number for the Upton location had been disconnected so she found another truck in Elizabethtown, KY which was 1/2 hour from where I was. This whole day was set back over a couple hours, which I was not happy about since I had to pay helpers another couple hours. U-haul did give a $50 reservation refund.

Damages on driver side of truck like someone hit yellow pole in a walmart parking lot. Windshield was cracked on passenger side about 1/3 of way above wiper and did not see it til we stopped for fuel due to heavy rain. When we picked up the truck it had less then half of tank of gas, should always have a minimum of half a tank when renting out such large vehicles. Was supposed to have had an appliance Dolly and upon arrival store was not open and was not one on the truck. Which caused us not to be able to get all the ladies belongings and had to leave it behind. A 2000.00 washing machine and a 800.00 mahagony dresser, she was not happy but we had no way to load it. And moving blankets in back of truck were wet and smelled like fishtank. ( which were not requested by us on contract) so probably was not properly checked and cleaned before we rented the vehicle.

You should ask me about Shefferdville Kentucky location episode too. I faced extreme problem there due to Ashley, a booking handler from UHAUL Louisville main office. 1. After picking 10' truck from Elizabethtown location, I found there was no deck on 10' truck. I called Ashley for help. She sent me to Shefferdville Kentucky to replace 10' truck with 15' truck. She told me it should not cost you more than 10 to 15 extra dollars amount. I took 10' truck from Elizabethtown Kentucky to Shefferdville Kentucky and there she want me to extra $135/- I repeated questioned her, you told me 10-15 extra and now you want me $135 xtra, she has no answer. This episode wasted my 2 hours, 42 extra miles and extra gas. I except UHaul to inquire this matter and reimburse my extra amount which I spent due to wrongful service by Ashley, your UHaul support girl handling Elizabethtown Kentucky area. Thanks for inquiring the matter.
