The drop off location was changed after we picked up the truck and was confusing. The caller told us what time they closed, but did not identify their location, which was not the agreed to location. I was contacted by Uhaul to change my pickup location. I was assured that I'd be able to drop it off at my preferred location in my hometown. On the day of pickup, my drop off location was not as I requested. I spent 40 mins trying to reach uhaul customer service by phone to resolve this issue and was hung up on twice. I tried to chat with customer service and no representative ever connected to the chat. After being hung up on once, my husband reached the customer rep who had called him to verify the pickup. He was informed that resolving the drop off location issue was not possible and that we had to return the truck 30 miles away (and pay for the mileage). All in all, a very disappointing experience with uhaul.Carolanna A.

Maybe actually check the uhaul trucks before lending it to someone, there was an old french fry in the front cup holder department and upon putting the Keys in the truck act like it didn't want to start(uh oh) it took a minute but we got the engine going but other than that everything was smooth.Tekila R.

Parking lot was overflowing with Uhauls. Basically no room to drop off the truck. Another customer tried to pick up a truck at the same we dropped off mine and they were completely screwed with their truck blocked in. Uhaul website wasn't working well when dropped off the truck: pictures wouldn't be accepted by the website. Had to download the uhaul app just to make the drop off happen.Jonas W.

Better customer service! I asked specifically about charges and was NEVER told about and was charged a 25 dollar cleaning charge! The truck was never swept out in the trailer portion from the previous renters when we picked it up. Was told to leave it in the lot and then sent a bill for cleaning. On my contract you should address the light connection needs . I have a block connection on my vehicle and I was not prepared for the straight wire connection on the trailer and luckily I could buy an adaptor at Harris boyz.SCOTT A.

Site opening hours were at 10am. Uhaul dropoff time was 9am. I did not know how to/want to take responsibility for uninstalling trailer after being warned about losing insurance at pickup for doing such so was screwed over by this site.AVRAM ELI A.
These people don't clean the vehicle and after returning they report its very dirty. Therefor renter get extra $25 charge on the invoice. Best bay don't verify the vehicle as clean, mark it as dirty. But care be careful they may get loop hole in some another place.Uday S.

Be aware that mileage costs are more on weekends (beginning Friday) and that you can not return it after closing by home computer, it must be a smart phone. Returning it the next day may incur a $20 fee. Also, be sure to refuse collision insurance if your auto insurance covers rentals. This facility was great at adjusting the fees when I finished the paper work the next morning after documenting several questions about the above. I appreciate their customer service.Chris L.
Have them ask how long you will need truck. They schedules for a pick up on the 15th in morning and drop off on Monday. I tried to change drop off time due to us dropping truck off on Friday not Monday and they said they couldn't change it. I was charged for 2 extra days . They said if I cancelled and reissued a new order I would probably not get a truck due to the volume of people waiting. Staff and moving help was pleasant to deal withCarroll S.

Staff didn't seem to have any idea how to navigate the setup process. Had to ask for our names/phone numbers 4 times to enter into the computer. Truck had a broken windshield wiper, which was necessary due to inclement weather. I had to pull over twice in order to finally fix it (swapping the left and right wiper blades made it functional).Kevin P.
