Trailers need to have a jack on the tongue to make it easier and safer to hook and unhook the trailer from the tow vehicle. There should also be a spare tire with the trailer.Joe B.

The check engine light was in when I picked up the Uhaul. It ran great but was in the entire trip. Was in when we picked up the truck. But again, it ran great. It needs to be looked at to see why the check engine light is on.COREY S.

The Uhaul agent Anna called the night the reservation was made stating that my original pickup location in Nacogdoches was not available and the next closest location was Alto. She promised $30 off and additional mileage for the inconvenience. That promise was not provided and resulted in not only the lack of discount but having to pay for extra mileage when turning in the vehicle. Unfortunately there was no email stating the promise or corrected pricing and mileage only the verbal during the phone call. Get it in writing!! The Alto location was easy to find and customer service was great. Just a problem with Uhaul company customer service.Garry C.
