The process to download ID picture, self picture was not a very streamlined process. We arrived at 155pm and did not complete the process until 305pm. Once submitted a response finally came that stated unable to verify and needed either passport, secondary contact info, etc. This should have been a required field when reserving the truck and not at pickup. Eliminate wait times, by doing away with the unnecessary paperwork, especially when you take advantage of the "Check-In" online option. I still had to wait to complete and sign paperwork in order to pickup my rental. Thought the purpose of the Check-In online option, was to alleviate paperwork. Maybe this portion of the rental process needs to be reevaluated.Ramon M.

If you charge a hold on someones card for,more than the amount get the hold released immediately after the rental is returned. I am having a terrible time getting my hold released and my money back! UghJessie T.

This location should provide instructions for customers on how to get their rental key for when customers pick up on Sundays or out of business hours. Equipment stock should also be updated live so that equipment rentals will still be available when customers pick up in person.TUAN T.
First of all this was not my preferred pick up location to which was clear across town in a congested area and was the third contact as to where the equiptment was. Pick up was very confusing as I did not know the lay of the town but I did know the preferred location well returning my u-haul rental there in 2014.JAMES D.
I spoke to a uhaul rep earlier in the day, I wish she had told me of the reservation by phone. It would have saved me trouble trying to find a dealer open on Sunday at last minute. The only thing missing was the hand truck I ordered but we managed. Overall a pleasant experence. Thanks so much!Tommy S.

The location at 1623 Royall Ave Goldsboro, NC was my original drop off location, but was unexpectedly closed over an hour early with no contact info or explanation. If the location is not going to be open for its specified hours it should not be listed as a choice when choosing a drop off location. I was under the assumption that the online check-in would expedite the pick-up process; however this is not the case. Even though you utilized the online check-in, you still spend approximately 15-30 minutes checking in at location. Why offer the speedy online check-in, if you still have to go through the entire verification process again at the pick-up location?Ramon M.
Well For Starters you can stick to your word about giving a discount for rental fees over 7 days like you said you would do. I've rented a rental from y'all this makes the 5 time and haven't seen a weekly rate yet. Stick to your word or STOP telling people you give them SERVICES. As far as up keep the rental places do a decent job.JIMMY C.

i cleaned and vacuumed the back of this truck. I did leave a few foot prints from my shoes in the back. Other than that, the truck was as clean as I received it. Footprints were already on the front mats, outside needed to be washed. They charged me a $10.00 cleaning fee plus tax!Amy K.
