Only wish there was a regular dolly for rent. They did however, have an appliance dolly there. Overall, very satisfied

Alexis PIt was just a lot. Construction near by was a pain but not the lot owners fault. They have some debris in the lot that should probably be cleared but it was fine.

Rob WThe place was adequate the lot where the equipment was kept was chaos. Where my experience really stunk was in your portal. I rented from a place near my office. Only to be told by text message and voice mail the equipment was not available. Then an agent helped me book this equipment at the Larkin location. When I arrived to pick it up I found my reservation had been canceled. I then had to hold for ten minutes to get my problem resolved. Not a good experience. I will work hard to find an alternative to U-Haul for my next rental
Michael TThe man that helped hook the trailer up to my car took his penis out and asked if I wanted to "test it out". I filed a police report, but apparently this has happened to multiple customers. I believe the man is now fired, but the fact that this went on for so long is - abhorrent.
Lindsay FI think they are scamming on the tank fill level. I returned the truck with more fuel than when I picked it up, and was still charged for 3 gallons. There is no way to verify, the self return functions did not work on the app due to location difficulties. I’m not disputing the charge as it’s more trouble than it’s worth, which they are counting on. I will have to return a trailer here soon, and will take pictures of everything as I am assuming they’ll try something again
Colin BI was instructed to drive 40 minutes out of my way to return the cargo trailer. I know that there was other options available for returns. Why this one? It was inconvenient and small.

Paula VI turned my rental back in at 4802 Larkin St location at 4:35pm, on the same day (2/12) and before the 5pm deadline. They decided to not check me in until the next morning. I talked to a u-haul support representative on 2/13. They told me they've had multiple issues with this location, and they would get the additional day removed from my bill. It's been a week and I'm still seeing the same overcharge. Please fix this billing issue. The Larkin St location was pretty chaotic and disorganized, I will not be using it again.
Sean CWe received the truck with a slippery substance spilled in the back. I have video proof of how it looked. It was a complete hazard for my staff to load on equipment! We slid in the back of the track and couldn't get proper traction with our shoes. It was some oily substance, and I had to lay towels down, but that did not help with the slipperiness.
Zoe ANeeded more helpers for customers. Customers walking around the lot by themselves trying to find their trailer. Our trailer was broken so we were given a different one.

Robert JI scheduled an after hours pick up. When I tried to pick up the truck, the lock box code worked, but there was no key inside. It was a huge inconvenience as I needed the truck for an event that started at 7am the next morning.

Jon rThe 24/7 pickup instructions were not accurate and it took nearly an hour to get the truck picked up. When I finally got a truck it was blocked in the back of the lot and had to have them move other trucks to get to it. They were rude if quick about it. The equipment was dirty inside and out. Inside the box was plastic, dirt, metal shavings, and old clothes from the previous user. The truck was not cleaned AT ALL
Andrew PThe drop off location was by no means appropriate or prepared for our return of the equipment. The street was tight and busy with it being next to an auto body shop. They were questioning me as if I had stolen something, acted as if I need to unload the hitch rental myself and not until I went inside for the THIRD time to ask for assistance did they grab a nice young man from the auto shop garage to help and even he told us that were essentially taking up too much of his time and that they would charge me if we asked him to help us with THE BASIC TASK OF UNLOADING THE CAR. I received no confirmation of my drop off (which was several days early) and called customer service about that. She assured me that I would receive confirmation on the scheduled return date. Instead, II received a phone call from the drop off location clerk asking me where my rental was and I was about to go off. She immediately hung up without saying anything and sent the email confirmation. Absolutely unprofessional.

eric wBad location. He wasn’t even on time. Store opened at 9 and he didn’t show up until 9:30. Parking lot was extremely muddy and rocks instead of pavement. Ruined my shoes getting to the U-Haul!

Diana SThe UHAUL was soaking wet since they left a window open while it was raining. The back was completely filthy and full of water since there were leaks on the roof. The steering wheel was sticky. I paid for 6 blankets and they were never even provided.
Edgar CNext to being an Uhaul agent this place is a garage. Returning the 5×8 trailer on a monday morning as on sundays they are closed. The owner and his son were busy helping a customer repairing his car , but directed me where to park and leave the trailer. After that i asked if i need to show paperwork or receive a receipt but he answered that he will take care of it and that i could leave. A week later back in Europa where i live I received the final bill from Uhaul with 2 extra days charge . Apparently the Uhaul agent scanned the trailer 2 days after I had delivered it. It took my son whom lives in the US a week and a couple of phone calls with customer service before the extra charges were refunded to my credit card.

Henry SAs I turned on the ignition, I saw that the gas tank was almost empty and that the truck had a low tire pressure. And the windshield was filthy. I drove to the office. The mileage rolled over to 107915. I pointed this out to the owner. She showed me how to change it on the form, but the correction did not stay. I also pointed out that I could NOT begin my trip until I drove to a gas station and put gasoline into the truck. An employee put air into the tires. I put gasoline into this truck, and I returned it with more gasoline in the tank than when I received the truck but was still charged for gasoline. I do not appreciate the cheap behavior from this owner, and I will not rent from this location again.
LYNDA DOwnership didn’t take the time to explain the terms regarding fuel at the completion of my rental and charged me $80 extra dollars.
Eddie VMaintenance equipment if you are renting don’t make sense, both inside cab had trash and debris and door had bend in it would barely close. I told you gem we were going 400 miles and they still gave me this truck in bad shape it was the worst Uhaul experience for my business ever !
eric wThe lady at the counter told me just to give her the key and she would email me a receipt. I received no email, so I called in the following day only to find out she checked me in a day later and added fuel charges. The place was trashy as well.
brian kThe lot was disorganized and difficult to maneuver through especially when I returned the trailer. While I detached the trailer, a truck was returned and let blocking my exit. I drove through the gap in the fence and down a steep slope and jumped the curb to the street. Worse was the electrical cable for brake and turn signal lights on the trailer. The cable was too short to connect to my truck at the bumper. I think I drove illegally but I got back before dark, barely.

If I order a dolly with my truck, I kind of expect you to be able to look at my order and fulfill the request (especially for a service I pay a premium for). Get it together, people
Carson SThe ac did not work and the engine sounded like a motorcycle! There was hardly any gas in the truck when I rented it and the location looks like a junk yard with no parking space. I will never book here again.

mIguel bThe drop off location was very convenient. However the storage area had mud puddles and did not provide easy spaces for parking large equipment. I dropped off after hours so I dropped the keys and did not have personal interaction with any employee.

Peggy KWell for one they gave me the wrong truck.. then not only did the man behind the register put the wrong destination on my drop off (when I told him in person and it was in my contract) .. but he also never changed the trucks In my contract so checking in in my new state was such a hassle.
Kristen WThe additional equipment I wanted to rent wasn’t available at pick up despite the site saying it was available. This next part isn’t on them but the fact that the entire site was down for several hours was really frustrating as well. That part does not go into my rating of them.

Christina MLocation is a dirt lot with large deep ruts and holes. There are many broken down and wrecked cars. The gentlemen that answered the phone and outside on the lot were both very kind and helpful!

Carl EFriendly and helpful at the counter, though the shop was in poor condition (small, unorganized, not easy on the eyes). Sketchy to be returning UHaul alone at night. Awful online interface and performance when booking. Thankfully the representative at the counter could help us easily and quickly check in. Pretty easy return steps.
