Lakisha RHave the vehicle out and ready to drive away. When I went early in the morning to pick up the truck, another truck was parked directly in front of me with objects on both sides making it tedious and time consuming to get out.

Amanda SI have been storing at this location for a while. Consistently great service across all who work at this location. We moved out of one of our 2 units and did not see a single bug or bug droppings upon sweeping out the unit. Must have a great pest control program. Both of our units are climate controlled.

Albert MClean facility and great new truck but could use some better options for communication at this location!! We mistakenly left an item in the uhaul. It was very difficult to reach anyone to help by phone. We left one unanswered voice mail, placed two phone calls to different people asking for assistance without any success, drove by once to find facility unstaffed at lunch and finally went in person for a second time before finding someone to finally help retrieve our FL SunPass from the truck.

Daniel Sthe manager was very intent on making extra charges on my rental. He said a scratch was on the tail lite lens..he went to it automaticly as if he knew it was there. the lens was not broke or cracked. onlyl could see if your nose was up aganist it..looked more like an imperfection in material. i am upset that u-haul lets dealers like this operate and represent u-haul. . contract # 26682068. i don't think it reasonable to charge me $150.00 for a lens that doesn't need replaced and that i did not damage. Please refund this money to my card. thank you , Jim Shields
Jimmie SThe individual checking me in had trouble signing on to his device. I ended up utilizing the mobile application because the drop off location was inefficient.
Mike RThe salesmen didn't have a clue what to do and gave us the truck without a contract. We kept asking about taking pics and signing docs. He stated "no". It wasn't until three hours later when I got a call from uhaul asking if I still wanted the reservation, at which point I had to do everything that should have been done in the beginning.
Deborah KI spent more time at the rental facility then it took to load and unload a two bedroom apartment due to technical issues, possibly incompetence of the assistant manager. I finally left after the return process started to take as long as check in. I may use UHaul again, but never this location

Curtis LStaff at this location were unfriendly and extremely unhelpful. Vehicle was dirty on inside and items ordered on-line were not ready or available. No offer was made by the staff to call other UHaul locations to obtain the missing furniture pads and utility cart. Staff only offered to call Ace Hardware to see if they had any to buy. Vehicle was located off property and had to drive the UHaul staff to that area to pick up the truck as he did not have a car. I would highly recommend this location not participate in the Uhaul program. Poor customer service.

Steve ZWould not recommend this place to anyone other than my worst enemy. When I made my first call the “manager”’on duty couldn’t even quote me a price on the moving blankets then he couldn’t even reserve the truck for me , had to call back when another manager was there (how many do they need, place is not that busy) . So then today, literally 9’days after truck was returned to them they charged my credit card for a 3 day rental when I only had it for 24 hours! Very poor management fortunately the general manager was able to help, still waiting on the refund.
