Russ SThere wasn't a problem with the location . The problem was that Friday at 3:30 your company called me and said the trailor that I was suppose to get in the town of Stillwater was not available because someone returned it broken. I had to go to Pawnee about 22 miles away within 1 1/2 hours to get the trailor or not rent it at all . This was a very big inconvenience in such short notice and your employees in customer service not care at all !!!!!! I had reserved this trailor 3 days in advance and this had to happen. This is no way to treat a customer , call me if you want to hear the rest. I have owned a business for 25 years I do know we built our busy 1 customer at a time and you can loose your customers 1 at time!!

Chris RVery good service and accommodating. Advertise this place more as I did not know they had a U-Haul in Pawnee OK as I thought I would need to go to Stillwater to rent.. Very convenient for the residents and local areas.
