Sidney SAll of our things got soaking wet because of the truck. We were not aware that the truck would be water resistant, not water proof. This cost us thousands of dollars worth of damage.

Turner KTruck had tire with low pressure and dash light was on. Passenger side rear view mirror wouldn’t stay as aimed and would droop while driving rendering it worthless. Location doesn’t keep keys outdoors which makes the app not work. The app in general is a pain.

srikanth BUHaul recommend Moving Help to me. I trusted the referral. Regretfully, Moving Help specifically Road Runners Pro Movers and Sebastian, did not help me at all. Sadly, they showed up, said the UHaul truck wasn’t large enough. I told them I ordered the truck based on UHaul recommendations on their website. When I asked Sebastion to try, he loaded the truck with furniture only, nothing stacked, and then refused to take any of the boxes into the truck. Then stated he had to go. I asked if he could at least carry the boxes downstairs and he said he was leaving. I was left with no choice but to hire another moving company, not through UHaul or Moving Help this time, who then came out, unloaded the entire truck, and reloaded it with every single item from the two bedroom apartment, proving that Sebastian was lying and scamming me. I ended up paying 2 times as much as the original prices quoted from UHaul and Moving Help to make up for both companies unprofessional service and scam in moving. Terrible, terrible, terrible experience and I will NEVER, NEVER make this mistake with UHaul or Moving Help or Road Runners Pro Movers or Sebastian again!

Edgar FI went in for a pickup truck. Came out with almost a 30 foot truck. That's all they had everything else had trash in it. Ended up cost me $79. To pick up a mattress 5 miles away, never again, you haul.

ernest cThe guy who showed me truck are EXCELLENT. I have rented U-Haul for many times in the last 25 years, and he is the top one. Very professional, clear and clean in instruction and very helpful. When I looked the review of the location before picking up this location, it was not the best. However, it ended up with best experience for me. The only problem for some of people is that the space is too small for many cars and trucks. If you are a decent driver, it should not be the problem at all. If you are not, the guy told me that you can park anywhere you feels comfortable and he would take care of it next day.

Zena GI signed on the agreement and when sat in the truck. Fuel wasn't correct as was indicated in the agreement. I was told to take a picture and come back and it will be fine. I came back and had to drop keys since everybody had left on Saturday at 3pm.

Carmelyah HI reserved a truck over a week in advance, including a rolling dolly and furniture blankets, but I didn't receive the dolly or blankets with the truck because they "ran out." No point in reserving in advance if they're still going to run out.
JOHN FThe staff at the location were nice and helpful, but the location itself was not the best. Plus, the app for "mobile check-in" wouldn't work and the desk staff told us that it rarely does. Thank goodness they were there because the app/website alone is horrible.

NATHAN SMake it clear that trucks do not have ramps. Also clarify that rentals are local only, no one ways at all even in-town. I would not have chosen this location if I'd known these things.

Sandeep SUpdate your hours, especially on long holiday weekend. I booked my uhaul for Saturday May 28th at 1230pm but the location is closed until Tuesday May 31st but the Uhaul website let me book the truck without warning me the location will be closed. And of course upon my arrival I found out that Uhaul has no human for me to talk to so I had to call corporate on the phone to seek information and how to proceed in picking up an alternative truck. That process wasted an hour to two hours driving back and forth and also double booking my reservation. On another note, when I was able to pick up the key for the truck, the key wouldnt start the engine unless you pull it back a little. Nevertheless, my expectation for UHaul is now low and I will have to reconsider uhaul as an option for the next move.
