Larger trailers
Deborah SI do t think the dealer was aware of the issues with the vehicle noted herein. I moved on a rainy day, water was coming in , pouring in, just above the passenger sun visor at the headliner. When we arrived at our destination we opened the back storage area to find that there water was also leaking there too. All of our furniture and personal belongings were soaked. We pain Uhaul almost $700 to use their truck tat had this issues. Some of our belongings were ruined. I spent the next two days drying our clothes and furniture. Some of our belongings were ruined. This could have been avoided as this truck should have been taken out of roatation prior to renting it to us!

Patrick BWe were assigned this drop off location from the pickup location. This location was closed for the whole month and Uhaul wanted to charge me extra because they did not know the truck was dropped of early where we were told to leave it. Lack of communication on Uhaul increased anxiety on my part. Not right. Issue did get resolved, eventually. Then I was charged for a cleaning fee. Good lordy, the truck was as clean as we could get it. Cab and box. I'm not impressed with Uhaul after this experience.

Pat DMy equipment didn’t have a dolly that I ordered waiting inside the vehicle. I paid for that and was charged for that. With it being after hours, no one was there to help. Perhaps having an on-call agent to assist with any potential rental equipment that could be missing from the order.
Ebony PI HATE Uhaul's gasoline policy. Of course the mark on the paperwork was higher than actual so you're welcome for the extra gas. The truck leaked in the rain and all the furniture I was transporting got wet. The tires were so worn I was unable to exceed 50 MPH all 600 miles from Florida to prevent hydroplaning. Just a terrible experience.
Douglas RNothing, this location is convenient, the individuals here are the friendliest and most helpful I have encountered. Highly recommended for your U-Haul rental needs. Will always use this site for any of my moving needs.
Victor kHad reservation in a location closer to where I need it the u-haul after arriving I was told there was no truck for me and that they would look for a truck for me elsewhere. They found one 18 miles away from original location which I ended up having to pay .99 a mile from and to site just on that alone I spend $40. Not happy

Michael MOur Friends at Hi Fi Plus had EXCELLENT Customer Service, and helped us with flexibility when we ran into an unexpected delay caused by a fatal accident on Interstate 95. We love the helpful Staff who made our pickup and drop-off experience smooth as silk!!
Ken FTruck was filthy. The cab had some cigar smokers or something and they used the cup holders and dash board as an ashtray. Smelled like an ashtray. Spend 2 hours cleaning. Left hand mirror was loose and would "self adjust".
christopher bUhaul services did not have my truck available at the first location. I reserved the truck 1 month before pick up. It took me 15 minutes to get anyone on the phone to find another truck location then another 15 minutes to drive to the new truck location that was even further away from my home. I wasted about an hour of moving time. I hired mover through uhaul services that charged $90/hr. Since I couldn’t get the truck as planned I wasted an hour of hired movers time. Uhaul would not reimburse me for this wasted time.

Lance DPros: The service manager Linton was excellent! What a joy it was to be his customer. He was so very pleasant, happy and ever so helpful. Great service, the best. Cons: the truck was a little dirty.

JEANETTE TI was under the impression they would be open it they were closed, so I had to remove the trailer myself. Which is totally fine, I was just told someone would do it for me. It was a holiday, so I understand but the drop off process was kind of stressful.

ALBERT GUpon arriving for drop off, I was advised I could not drop the trailer at this location. I mentioned to the man that I did not have the opportunity to take the trailer elsewhere and additionally, the location is what was designated on my contract. After a long period of back and forth, the man called to his manager/supervisor to address the issue. I explained to her that I did not have time to drop off at another location. She offered a $50 VIP Uhaul credit for me to drop off at the proposed location. I told her that in order for me to drive to the alternate location that I would expect to be compensated for a $100 credit or else I would have to leave the trailer at current drop-off location. Her response to me was “do what you have to do”. I felt that the whole scenario was handled very poorly and that due to the breakdown in communication between Uhaul and its representatives, that ultimately the customer had to suffer. I had requested a specific drop off location based on my availability and was confronted upon my arrival with no prior knowledge of the concern.

Vincent MAt last minute received call on 4/29 to drop off at different location . Could not give me exact address. Went there and they wanted us to pay $75. We then took to address on contract but closed My driver, my son had to go to work n 4/30. I went to contact location on 4/30 to turn in key. Big drama for a simple drop off . Now you are charging $26 for gas when guy would not check me in ?

JAMES MOriginally I was supposed to pick up from a location in Satellite beach. After sitting there for 1 hour without anyone showing up, I had to call and change to this location 15 miles away. They should be removed from Uhaul’s list of available locations. They make uhaul look unprofessional.

JOHN Fthe truck was unsafe. pulled hard to the left when braking. dash lights not working. driver door bent, lots of wind noise, steering real bad. headlights barely working.
LLOYD CMy only complaint was the process for returning an item after hours. If you have a smartphone and the UHaul app on it, everything goes smoothly. However, if you try to use the website to enter the return information, I could not get it to work and your customer service rep could not help me either. I was lucky that my son was with me and he downloaded the app to his smartphone and we filled out the necessary information. Instructions for using the website should be documented so that either the customer or your customer service representative would know how to do.
Ann SA uhaul should have ramps to making moving furniture easier.!To be given a truck with no ramp is useless.
CAREY ADid not get the right uhaul number trailer. It was not clean. The gentleman was not friendly.
