One month AFTER reporting the mold in their facility, NOTHING had been done to remedy the mold situation at hickory road storage. They will also charge you a month ahead and increase prices whenever they feel like it. The lady working the office is nice with a kind warming smile and for that reason alone I’ll leave a three out of ten.

After I purchased the insurance and drove to my destination I see where someone wrote on the back that this truck had damage to it and that I was taking a risk of my belongings being water damaged and accepted all responsibility. REALLY UHAUL!! If I had known that I wouldn't have purchased your insurance for one and I would have looked else where for a truck. Why was I not informed of what was hand written on the back ?

The lady I worked with when I arrived to pick up my equipment was fantastic- I cannot stress enough how wonderful she was. I had never rented a u-haul before and she went above and beyond my highest expectations. I absolutely recommend Hickory Road Storage for anything and everything. They have top notch facilities, make the entire process a breeze, and have the highest quality staff. A perfect experience.

Privacy R | First ImpressionsThe rear of the truck was not clean. We found multiple razor blades in the truck that almost resulted in injury. There was a faulty tire wall that blew 10 miles into our trip and it took over 2 hours for someone to arrive. We were told 30 minutes when we initially called...we called back after an hour and were told 15 minutes and it took another hour after that for anyone to show up and help us. They dispatched someone from over 100 miles away...there had to have been a closer option. The truck should not have been rented in the condition that it was in.
