Had to use app to drop off trailer. Hours were listed as 10-1pm on Sunday on all sources yet no one was there at 12:15!

Jessica MBUT overcharged and continued to use my credit card when I specifically ask them not to do that. I had planned to use my debit card instead! Really! They would rather ruin my American Express rather than have an instant payment with my debit card!

Wesley GI picked a location for thati believed would be open for a Sunday drop off so was a bit surprised to find it was closed and the only option was for me to do remote drop off. Not that bad of an issue, but the idea of charging more to physically drop to someone was not comforting. I do not believe this is the fault of the location but rather a U-Haul issue. It would be nice to have an option to do a personal drop off without your $25 fee to do so even if it meant to drop the next day.

Kerry Othey were closed when we returned the trailer so we didn’t interact with them. but we have many times. this is the place we always use. so apparently they’re doing something right!
elisha cTerrible place. I rented a single cab truck and they said I could extend up to 3 months online if needed. After 1 month they quit taking payments and reported it stolen. So now I have theft of vehicle 3rd degree felony. Never do business with these sh**ty a** people at this location

ross pWhen I went to go pick up my rental at 7:00 in the morning on a saturday, they refused to give me the truck until two people answered the phone at 7:00 a.m. on a Saturday. I understand needing to verify identification, however I was an hour and a half late to get started and then my movers showed up an hour and a half late and they only stayed for like 2 hours and I paid them for 4 hours through this website so I am absolutely not happy and I would never use U-Haul ever again and I would never recommend them to anyone ever!!
