I think that I was over billed. When I originally booked the reservation I had a much lower estimated rate more like double digits around 60$ and once I went into the location to pick up I paid 119.26$ and and then overfilled the gas tank and paid 8.56$ more. I believe there was an extra day charge that I didn’t request.

The windshield had something on it that made it a bit uncomfortable to see out of. I tried washing it off but didn’t work. The representative who helped at the counter was excellent.

WILLIAM SThe truck had less then a quarter of a tank of gas. The engine light came on the minute we turned on the key, the guy at the counter said don’t worry about it. The steering had a lot of sloppy play in it. Over all the truck should not be rented until fully serviced to correct the issues.

Edger DI will not be going with uhual again. I have rented multiple times and this was by far the worst experience we have had. They have no intention in fixing the problem. They do not care how they treat people and are not willing to help out in any way. We reserved a 20 foot truck online to be pick up on Friday 15 with a two week advance. Then get a call Thursday 14 to say they don’t have a truck available and would give us a 26 foot truck then to call back an hour later to tell us that we would have to drive 2 1/2 hour away to pick up the truck. Then not have one at all. Then offer a 15 foot truck. Ended up with a 15 foot truck leaving us to leave stuff behind. This wasn’t an easy move from Virginia to Florida This was completely ridiculous. And I will not be doing business with uhual. And your best bet is to go with someone that is willing to work with you and less stress off your shoulders. Because this was absolutely the worst business.

Conveniently there web link through U-Haul no longer works nor are they showing on their list of movers. Therefore, I cannot post a review. DO NOT USE Prime Time Movers they do whatever they can to get more money and do.a horrible unprofessional job moving
