Had an issue with my cell phone data reception at the location while doing a self-pickup on a Sunday, when the office was closed, but otherwise all was good as usual with the truck and rental location. U-Haul phone support was very helpful!

Truck was a bit loud and used too much gas

Donald BWhile my experience with the rental was fabulous my experience with uhaul as a company is beyond DEPLORABLE!! I will never ever recommend that anyone ever trust U-Haul for anything outside of a simple rental. How dare you recommend movinghelp.com as if they were someone we could trust. They are total and complete fraud. All you have to do is search through Google to find out they are fraud and yet you promote them as a reputable resource. Not only did my mover take my money he never showed up either I had to hire new movers after I loaded the truck myself with my two girlfriends so that we could get my belongings into my new apartment while I had a rental truck . I plan on contacting local news sources to ensure the fraud that you perpetrate is known to anyone and everyone in my community .

KENNETH HI reserved a U-Haul the day below and spent 8 minutes on the phone to secure the reservation, give cc number. I was told this would make the process the next day quicker (perfect). The next day I arrived at 2:10 and left at 3:00. The person working the desk, didn't see reservation. I provided my confirmations that I received and that didn't help. Not her fault, she was woefully undertrained. She made about 3 calls to try and get assistance, finally she got a hold of somebody that could help. 45 minutes later I was good to go....frustrating. I also refused the $14 coverage, but it should up on my bill. can I get this refunded?? Any way, I hope this response helps you improve. All the best!
