First off the furniture pads I reserved and paid for was not in the truck. I called but as of now, no adjustment. Secondly the online sign in system is very bad. Not everywhere has a strong cell signal. You should let people know what locations have real people and which ones do not.

We placed a reservation 5 days in advance and when we arrived we had no uhaul available we had to go to another place for pick up.

Every thing was perfect, Marco was polite, he made sure all our questions and needs were taking care of. He asked what we needed in size and showed us a couple different sizes so we could rent the proper unit right for us.

I am a travel nurse and have been using uhaul for over 20 years. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. The person was 20 mins late to open the location which put me 40 mins behind. Which ultimately made me miss my cable install appt. I will be avoiding uhaul at all costs in the future.

there was so much debris in the back and a bed frame. It took me a while to clean it so I could put my stuff in there. The tank was on E... said I had 2 miles to get to a gas station. what a pain in the butt on moving day. I was very angry about the situation. Jeff

Truck was useful and got my job done with not hitches. BUT the truck seemed to have a governor on the engin. It would not shift as Ford Trucks normally do.. Seemed as if we were in slow motion all the time. But it got us were we wanted to go and we got our job done a little slower than what we thought we would spend in travel time. Also the fuel gage never moved from the initial pick up ppoint and as we filled it it remained on that 1/4 before full then as we drove to drop off the gage read over the full mark. So I suspect you all got a 1/4 tank more that when I picked up the truck I added 9.8 gallons to the tank but did not drive those miles . Live and learn. Also I have never turned in a rented truck or car where I was left guessing the turn in condition. I picked it up with damage and turned it in with the same as when it was picked up. But I turned it in left guessing ...... Strange business model !!!!!!!!!!!!
