It was a horrible service experience. They made it right in the end but the whole experience had me shaking my head and was very frustrating. Wbat is the point of ordering ahead of they change your equipment and don't provide tou what you need. Early morning renters have noone to help sort out issues and your rental clock is ticking on you so you have no choice but to "make it work".Shannen M.

I would NEVER go back there. I was very percise in what I was moving. Both people in whom worked at this location said all would fit, Well it did not and then they said NO other trucks available anywhere she called the store on 14th street. WELL SHE LIED....she never called where she said as I did and picked up a new truck the next day I spoke to the person she claimed she called..... This whole move cost me a lot of money and time!!!! We had to off load and then reload. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE!!!!! NOR EVER REFER THE LOCATION OF THIS TO ANYONE!!!!!!!! They were not to charge me then I get this bill weeks later!!!!!!! Both clerks, both renting (in person) and return (via phone) were Excellent. Very positive, friendly, and knowledgeable. The truck on the other hand drove like a dog. The entire time it felt as if it was driving in low gear, which of course I was not At 97k miles you might want to have someone look at the transmission. You can educate your employees on how to use their computer system, besides revamping your web app which was obviously developed by someone's kid with NO common sense. It took me 1.5 hours at their office location to reserve a 20' truck with one additional driver where a 3rd party (my girlfriend) was going to pay. We filled out the express checkin for the Sunday pickup (the office is closed on Sunday) 4 different times, cause the person helping me could not figure out how to add someone's driver's license info w/o the physical license (although I had a picture of both front & back) until I showed her. She assured me that everything would be fine with the pickup the next day. Well, it took another 1/5 hours Sunday morning at 7:30am to finally get a valid code that unlocked the lock box so we could get our truck. Problems were all on UHaul's end. Even their "master" unlock code would not work. We had to wait until someone who knew what they were doing came in to work (9am). By then our moving plans were totally messed up.Jeffrey R.
The uhaul computer system was down so unfortunately it took more than an hour to rent our uhaul even though I reserved the truck online. We were in a serious time crunch so it caused us major stress. The staff at Hideaway we're very sympathetic and did everything they could to get us out of there quickly but the uhaul system being down seriously complicated things. We may use budget for our next move after this experience.Chuck W.

Really appreciate the Manager, Pam, coming in an hour before the store opened. An 8:00 pick up was guaranteed for us by U-Haul, but, the store didn't open until 9am. That would have really set up behind our moving schedule. Thanks again, Pam.Christine W.

The gentleman who waiting on us was wonderful. Went above and beyond! We had a few issues with homeless guy outside harassing us as we were looking at the truck prior to leaving. Also, the dolly stated $10 rental charge right on the dolly in big print and we were charged $20. That's false advertisement.Shawn B.

I called uhaul and spoke to a rep that took my order of 1 10' truck, one utility dolly and a package of moving blankets, I show up to this location Uhaul had reserved for me 1,10' truck, packing blankets but they stated that they were out of all dollies and had no clue why my so called reserved dolly wasnt available. I was born in this country and understand what reservation included means but Uhaul showed me different. Then u send me a survey text.?? Really?David A.
