Girl was friendly except when she rolled her eyes at me because there was no way in h*'ll I could back up in that god awful parking maze and she has to carry the dolly instead. Except she had her boyfriend do it who apparently hangs out with her all day while she works.

We had to return the truck at 7:00 am before the location was open and it was very dark. There was no visible signage from the road, so finding the actual place we were meant to drop-off the truck, and even further the keys, was a little difficult.

A bit hard to find the place and then where the office was. It was way in the back and a little dicey. Rep was not particularly with it.

I would not recommend uhaul in any way shape or form to anyone. I was double charged and I have called three times to have the hold that was placed on my card released. Still nothing has been done about this situation and the hold has been there since April 30,2020. It is now May 8,2020. I would just like to say at this point I feel as though uhaul themselves are thieves. That $45 could be going towards feeding my children. Will NOT be using them again. I would rather pay a complete stranger with a truck to help me move.

the young lady that served us was extremely rude. On the second occasion of renting we had a truck scheduled for 10:30 and we were there at 10:40. No one was there and when we finally reached her by phone through the 800 number she said she was out to lunch. We explained that we had 4 people waiting to help with loading and she just repeated I am on a lunch break. She did not return until 12:00pm and was cold and rude.

I had originally gone to a place in Green River Wyoming and no one was there to help. I had arrived to pick up my equipment but I was unable to. thankfully the people there in Rock Springs were able to help.

Fire the kalen. He looked and acted like he was stoned and took forever to get the paperwork. And charged us a cleaning fee. When we were on our hands and knees sweeping it. He said there was dirt and weeds in it when all me moved was mattress to the dump.

Rental contract entered into the system apparently didn't match the rental contract I had in hand. Return date was screwed up. Had to call support and talk to two people to straighten it out.

There was some confusion about the dropoff location (Liberty Lake vs. Spokane Valley), since we'd selected a discounted dropoff location when we reserved but were charged the full amount when picking up. After some phone circling, Kelly the regional manager was very helpful and got us refunded.

The truck was all over the road. It bounced and wouldn't stay in the lane. My husband said it was horrible to drive. We have rented u hauls many times before and never ever dealt with anything like it. We were told the location would be open til 4:00 that same day when we took it back because we loaded it once drove it and it did the same thing, all over the road so we didn't want to drive it again. When we got to the location it was closed at 3:30. We won't be using that location again.

UHaul needs to update and get with the times of online shopping. I spent 50 dollars to reserve a 6x12 trailer that the website said they had, at said location. I drove 4 hours to get it and an hour before I got there they call and say they dont have one for me but will hold a small one for me. They should had held it anyways and refunded my 50 dollars for the inconvenience but they didn't, told me they would just change it to a smaller trailer or I could drive 3 more hours to maybe get the one I want. I am very unhappy with the lack of communication and lack of updating on online location inventory.

The cab of the truck smelled like an ash tray. It took a few days sitting with the windows cracked to get the smell out most of the way. While I cleaned the truck out before turning it back in, I found a half smoked cigarette under the seat. Take pictures before you leave to CYA. An excellent piece of equipment (26') that I rented and would do it again.

Don't advertise equipment that isn't available. It would also be nice not to have to give the same information twice. Once when I ordered online, and then again when I went to pick up the equipment.
