CHRISTOPHER DAVISThe location was great, the online experience was terrible. I had to give up the check in and just go inside to the store. You cannot have someone check in the ask for verified references. That should be done beforehand- very frustrating and poor customer service. I’ll never do the online option again.

Alex MatejcikI was very disappointed with customer service because I had specific asked for a dolly so I could move certain items that needed a dolly.When I arrived at my house it wasn’t any dolly inside of truck. At this point when attempted to call back it was closed. Next day called store and they were very rude and was not helpful. Only credit me 7.00. I feel I should had more of creditor my terrible experience. When I asked for a compensation said no and was very rude. The manger that I spoke with from the store management from u haul. Scott??. I called the 800 number frm u haul I was told I would get a credit for 20.00 but didn’t receive it.Cery frustrating with my experience. I feel now that I should receive more of a credit for the inconvenience.I will be reporting this experience
Aretha JonesI only answered yes on the equipment because it was either a yes or no question, but the truck was clean enough but the check engine light was on the entire time , that's worrisome to me, and the driver side mirror wouldn't stay adjusted where I could see properly.

Mike MannelTrailer had no jack, Location could not help me connect. I had to leave and bring my own jack to connect the trailer. Trailer tongue was extended out into a local street. I had to block traffic while I connected the trailer to my towing vehicle. I had ordered 12 furniture pads, could only get 5.
David PIATEKThis was the worst U-Haul experience I’ve ever had. The cab was absolutely filthy. The equipment I asked for was not available. I paid for 12 furniture pads and received two that were used and wadded up in a ball. When my son got in the passenger side of the cab, he found a used marijuana pipe in the door. Words cannot express my frustration and disappointment I could have been arrested because I drove that U-Haul without knowing that there was drug paraphernalia in it.

angela jonesWhen a customer calls to set up an appointment, the Representative needs to let you know what type of Card you can use. I went to pick up the truck and I could not use My Visa card stating this was a Gift card. Nonsense. I had another card with me at the moment and I use that one.

Jeff StewartHoly cow. The van was such a mess. The back was full of sawdust. The cab was gross as there was food remnants on the floorboard and chewing tobacco in the storage compartment. Also, I got it home and there was a warning on the dashboard that the front right tire was low on air. Luckily, I have an air compressor and added air. The windshield was filthy and I had to clean that just to see better. I am willing to go back to this location just because it is convenient, but wow.

Steve EllisThe gentleman was very rude , trash was in the truck . I turned the ignition on and the Low tire pressure light came on and said the right front tire was low . I walked back into the store told the guy and he said it’s ok I had another truck with the light on . He asked does it look low , I said yes . Got home I have a portable pump , it read 27 PSI . The information on the door says it should have 55 in front tires . I drove over 100 miles so it could have been a bad situation.
