Please check my bill. The reservation was made for $205 plus 5 plus 32$ total of $242 to which tax is added. THAT IS NOT WHAT I AM BEING CHARGED. please correct. And when I called Granby location , he hung up On me. I was very polite, I am a professional and my daughter who made the reservation a medical doctor specialist. So please look into the bill we were charged and readjust. U-Haul is a professional company and I am convinced we can clear this out. As for Granby… thank you. Luc Poulin P.Eng., EMBA 438-467-1497

I took care of reserving a moving dolly when I made the reservation and didn’t have it in the truck. it was credited on the bill but it really made our moving more difficult. It started the day very badly.

Les propriétaires ont embauché des gens ne parlant pas français alors il était très difficile de communiquer avec eux. Ceci étant dit, ce n'est pas de la faute des employés mais de l'employeur qui aurait dû être sur place. Je dois mentionner qu'ils nous ont apporter leur aide lors de l'installation de la remorque à notre camion. La veille j'ai appelé à ce garage et mon interlocuteur n'a pas voulu me donner d'informations sur les services et les réservations.

Nous avions réservé le Uhaul pour 9ham, mais nos employées ont dû attendre jusqu'à 10h15 pour avoir le uhaul. Nous avions mentionné à Uhaul qu'il serait de retour le Samedi vers 20h, mais il avait exigée qu'il devait être de retour avant 18h, lorsque nous avions loué le uhaul en réalité 72 heures (jusqu'au dimanche). Contrairement aux autres Uhaul que notre équipe avait déjà loué, c'était malheureusement le pire... Je ne crois pas que c'est de la faute de Aunt Biz nécessairement, mais peut-être plus du manque de communication entre Aunt biz et Uhaul.

Pour partir, la batterie a du etre boostée. On nous a dit que cetait surement du au fait quil etait a larret depuis longtemps. Ensuite, nous avons du booster a chaque arret du moteur.

The truck drove fine. The back of the truck was dirty. The dozen furniture covers (blankets) I requested were unfolded in a heap on the deck. They needed shaking out to rid them of dust and debris. The worst, though, was that a big dog attacked me in the parking lot. The employee was outside with his unleashed dog. When I approached the building, the dog charged me, jumped up and bit my forearm that I raised to block it. It let go right away. Luckily, I wore a thick coat, and my arm wasn't injured. The guy apologized and said, "He's not supposed to do that.". Really?! No kidding!! Then he called the dog, but it did not respond to him. I went inside to get the keys while the dog ran freely outside. The guy went to get the dolly I requested. I waited to walk to the rental truck with him because I was afraid to do it alone. The dog continued to jump up and run around me. I was astonished that he didn't leash the dog after it had attacked me. I left immediately without confronting the employee, as I had two busy days of packing and moving ahead of me. I was scared and angry. It was traumatizing.

when I already took the truck to at a dead fuel level I paid 35 dollars for gasoline and I put the gauge back to its level. 80 dolars supplémentaire whay. Decieved

By renting from U-HAUL my credit card was copied so my bank had to suspend it. From this matter, all my automatic payments were canceled. So this is the last time I will do business with UHAUL.

There is always a really long wait when I arrive at the store. First time I came, the store was still closed at 10am. This time, had to wait 10 min in the lobby because there was no employee to be found. The register process took another 20 min which is way to long. I also hate the fuel system. Everytime I rent a Uhaul truck, the fuel is really low. This time, the fuel was below 1/8 an I had to put fuel in the tank before starting my day. Why isn't the tank always full like Discount does? I don't like the service, but it's really cheap so I deal with it. Thx

I had to pay 30$ in gaz because the truck was left almost empty and it randomly stopped once in the middle of the road, I was lucky he stop in front of my house.

They charged us for a couple of boxes that were already in the truck when we picked it up. We were also told that we could leave the truck at the location whenever we were done, however the gates weee closed when we got there to drop it off and they charged us for the extra mileage when we had to go back the next morning. Do not recommend this location at all
