Just wonderful people with so much patience and I’m so grateful they were very helpful in our emergency hauling from Arizona to California, the older man who helped us hitch the trailer thank you very much for all your help and to the lady who showed so much love to my son thank you very much! 💝

Robert HSeveral hours after picking up the UHaul truck, packing it up, then driving through rain and snow I was called by a UHaul rep stating that they were changing my drop off location to a town 40 miles away from my original drop off location. When asked if I was being reimbursed (due to now having someone have to drive with me 80 miles round trip further than expected) to drop off the truck, the rep said no, but they would add 2 days for me to drop it off further. Adding something like that to try to plan amongst moving out of town and working is stressful and frustrating. Every time I rent UHaul something ridiculous like this happens. The app for self pick up and self drop off also gave my fiancé and I problems and the “quick” drop off process took about an hr due to the location being closed & unavailable by phone.

Refused to except truck returned.over charged me. than ran in front of my car.dilberately wanting to get hit. Crazy ,or on dope she was.truck,,should have been in service garage and not rented out.Gages didn't work.smoked climbing hills. Gas mileage 3 used in tanks in 200 miles.u haul now is awfully.Waste of money.workers have no respect for anyone

Thomas JI still haven’t received a receipt for the rental, and I had to park the trailer outside of the facility because it was gated for and I wasn’t informed of that, and the place was 40 miles away from where I requested to drop it off due to the lot closest to me be “full” when there in fact was enough room.

Robyn HLady at this location was polte and helpful also. We discussed outrageousness of rate increases. Doesn't make sense for small businesses to rent a few times a year at such prices!!!!! I'm buying used!!!!
Nate TMy contract stated I was dropping off in Safford AZ but then I was instructed by a person in Tucson to take the truck over 40 miles away to Willcox AZ. This did not seem right. Not a good business practice.

I didn't have that amount of time available but had to make due out of necessity. The U-Haul location was good and the service of the pickup location personel was good.

Jeff MI never received a confirmation phone call or txt message to confirm my reservation. So the hour before I am scheduled to pick it up a get a phone call from dispatch that it is unavailable. Yvette or Yvonne at traffic/dispatch was very rude. Had to drive 45 minutes away to pick up another truck. Would not recommend uhaul

Russ BI was informed one day before my reservation that I had to go to a different location, 75 miles further away, to pick up the auto transport that I reserved. They were aware of this three days earlier. I, the customer, should not have had to travel to pick up an item that I reserved. I received no compensation for my troubles. The day of my reservation, I was called by Traffic to tell me that this pickup location did not have the truck that I reserved as well. The closest truck was a whole state over. WHAT IS THE FUCKING POINT OF A RESERVATION?
David YLaverne was extremely helpful. I had called her location two days before we would be dropping off the truck to verify the hours of operation. Laverne is the person who noted that I had been overcharged by the pick-up location person's inability to select Wilcox instead of Arizona City. Laverne started the process of trying to get the estimated $120 overcharge refunded to me. Sadly this refund has not occurred. I did contact Angel on Monday 7/18 via voice mail but no response from him has been received.
Kim CHonestly I don't think there is anything that needs improved on ...The lady was so friendly and helpful, I even showed up 10 till 5 on Friday and I'm sure she wanted to go home for the weekend but she was happy to help me. Great location and wonderful staff.

The only thig that i did not like was i w told i could drop off the unit that nite. I showed up at 9.30pm and the gate was closed. I may have misunderstood but i thought they said 11.oopmbut hey dropped it off in the morning . No problems. I will rent there again
John DThe CSR who check in my truck told my fiance she was going to charge a cleaning fee for a couple bits of paper and dust in the back of the truck. Instructed him like a child "you better do it right because I'll check. If you don't, I'll charge you." After "checking" and seeing his palm with the bits of paper, she stated " that's not good enough. I'll get the broom!" Her tone, demeanor and attitude was totally uncalled for and completely unprofessional. To add, a bad representation of U-Hauls CSR standards. Third party or not. Returning it clean is policy, I understand, but her behavior was way overboard
