The vehicle isn’t in good condition. The wheel alignment is not good enough. When driving on interstate the truck isn’t stable and is getting pulled over to one side.

Charles BWent through 5 trailer tires. I was also given the trailer with at least 2, maybe 3 bald tires.. around 2 32nds of tread. Terrible. Roadside didn’t listen to me when I requested 2 additional tires to fix the bald ones. Was 9-10 hours behind schedule. Everyone I talked to had no empathy. No one cared. No one seemed like they wanted to make it right. Area manager seemed like he was clueless, or just didn’t care. Would never use uhaul again. 0/10. Terrible customer service
Jackson Poffering a tongue jack would be helpful. i understand the reason one is not offered or provided, the intent is to not have the trailer not be detatched.

LAWRENCE BI have used and owned several utility trailers snd others in my life so I feel I am very qualified to make this statement. I have rented your 12’ cargo trailer on three occasions over the past 3 months and was shocked that uhaul did not have any type of load assist Jack available for your customers ? Instead the tongue of your trailer sits directly on the ground and is nearly impossible to lift by myself without risking injury to my back. In fact the employee from the rental place and I could barely lift it onto my truck trailer hitch! I’m a pretty strong guy and guess the tongue weight your customers are expected to lift is over 100lbs! This is huge miss for Uhaul and a bigger inconvenience for your loyal customers like me. I will never rent one of these type trailers again from Uhaul until they correct their obvious oversight not to mention future potential law suits due to putting customers health at risk.
