The online check-in site did not provide the code for the the box that contained the truck key. So, we had to call Uhaul customer service. We had to wait so long for a representative that we guessed the combination before anyone ever answered.Brannon B.

This was an online location only, and it took me an hour and a half trying to get the app set up and the truck checked out on the.com site. They were very long waits on the 800 number, and I got transferred and cut off once. And had to wait a second time. Finally one of your agents named Christina walked me through the process, and got me checked out and into the truck. She was extremely helpful and courteous.Rick D.

We did not know that we could have picked up the truck earlier - which we wanted. We did not know that the truck would not be at the same location from which it was ordered. After renting numerous trailers and trucks over the past few months to move, this was in the worst condition. Very old, tires worn, lift door was extremely hard to open and close, and the inside was stained not swept out.David W.

The entire process was horrible. Even though i was fully capable of hooking up the trailer. No assitance was available. No information provided about saftey chains or safe hauling. Trailer was in poor condition, the trailer vibrated the entire trip. I was not informed of proper Ball sizes which required me to go purchase the correct ball size, since the one i brought with me was too large. it was an overall horrible experience. I will never do business with Uhaul ever again. For being the biggest name in the truck/trailer rental industry, you have by far the worst service i have seen.Shawn M.
The local agent is excellent! The UHAUL corporate renting process is a joke! The local agent and I Have to redo all the rental contracts during pick up and pretty much every rental due to the crappy computer rental process put in place by UHAUL corporate. Wastes time ....Don G.

The interior of the truck wasn't clean the windshield was very dirty other than that everything went well however the computer generated locations closest to where we made our move and the location that they specified happen to be the furthest away which created a big issue for me .The Hillsdale location was very good no issues there at allHank M.

The left rear tire light was in so no one had checked the truck. Although I called the location the did not change my pick up time and when I arrived it had expired. After waiting on the phone for almost ten minutes I was sent to the reschedule person and the phone hung up. Thankfully I was given the number and called back . At this point I was helped with a new time.linda B.
The front cab could have been cleaner . The cup holders were very nasty , they had some kind Tobacco spit in them . Also the engine light stayed on for the whole 2 day rental , stating the gas cap was loose , in which it was not .Randy S.
Was charged for gas cause it was not checked in right and charged for the wrong mileage cause it was not checked in right. No have to wait for someone to call me back to get it fixed. Cause of this it over drafted the account that was used.Christopher B.

Great experience and. Very fair in understanding the mileage error . Had tried to drop off at Alexander Automotive in Clemmons but they were very rude and not accommodating !!) I needed to change the rental to one-way and they expected me to bring the truck all the way back to them to re-rent it. That was not practical. I returned the truck at a location near my destination. I received a bill for more than double the original charge.Jennifer C.
