My initial drop off location (Storeroom Self Sorage - 598 Palm St, Huntsville, TX 77340) didn't accept the truck because she said she already had too many. How is that? I had already planned to drop off the truck there. If it was booked, U-Haul should have contacted me ASAP. The lady at Storeroom Storage wasn't particularly courteous or helpful. All she said is “You can't leave your truck here, we have too many trucks alreadyâ€. She gave me another U-Haul address for a place called U-Storage - 2931 SH-19 S, Huntsville, TX 77320, which I drove out there and they were closed! So, I called and found Hillside U-Haul and they were able to help. Very helpful. You guys have to get better with your customer service. (I.e., mobile check-in, drop-location, 1-800 customer service line). It took a while to get someone on the phone to change my drop-off location. Thankfully this day is over! I was checked out for one vehicle an given key to a different vehicle. When I returned the vehicle, I had to wit for so long for the correction to be made. Lack of attention to details on the part of the attendant.

Front desk staff, Gina, was super helpful. She waited for me at lunch to get there to pick up the trailer I rented. When I returned it, the gentleman helped me back the trailer back up. Everyone was super helpful, curious and great customer service. I would defiantly recommend this U Haul provider to anyone!

This is my second time using this Uhaul location and their service is phenomenal, supporting every aspect of your hectic moves from pickup to after hours returns. Gina was great, quite friendly and very helpful. She might weight 100 pounds soaking wet but she picked up the tongue of the 6x12 trailer and before i knew it she had the trailer hooked up and told me i was all set to go. Great experience at the Uhaul facility will rent from them again. Thank you Gina for a great experience.

I went over on miles but put extra gas in the truck. Asked if the extra gas would cover the extra miles but still got charged extra miles. I will never use U-Haul again, and yes, all over a 12 dollar charge.
