The vehicle needs to be serviced. It has a horrible ride quality and makes all sorts of weird noises. The brake booster sounds like it is leaking and the AC makes a terrible noise that can be heard while idling. Will not rent a Uhaul again. Terribly overpriced too... Not happy with UHAUL customer service. My drop off location changed as soon as I arrived at my destination. Tried calling customer support number, which took 15 minutes the first time. Original drop off was only 7 miles away. Next drop off was 25 miles away. Uhaul did NOT tell me of times of closing. Had to leave trailer there without confirmation of checking out. Did not have internet to do self check out. Called UHAUL number AGAIN but took 30 MINUTES to speak to customer support and they could not do anything to close out my order. Uhaul needs better customer support!!!Cindy A.

Hilltop supermarket was excellent, the overal experience was not. I was referred to Outdoor World from your company location on Willma Rudolf I went to pick up and they where closed. Didn't get a notification that the reservation had moved to Hilltop. One of the employees at Willma R was no help and going to let me leave without helping.Finally a young man stepped in and helped. This location is very new to renting U-Haul equipment - the reason for my low ratings is that personnel at this location apparently had not yet been trained to know the electronic U-Haul system and it took over an hour to get the rental document generated and on my way even though I had a reservation in the U-Haul system with all the information except my drivers licence info already entered - and was the only U-Haul customer in the store. I provided a copy of the reservation for their use and it still took an hour and several calls to U-Haul for the rental agreement to be generated. I rent from U-Haul frequently and the difficulties I experienced, I am convinced, were strictly due to lack of knowledge and training for personnel that were expected to perform the rental process. U-Haul has good equipment overall.MITCHELL L.
