The lock box to get the key was too high on column. I had to take my camera to see the name lock letters. Still could not get it open. I called the office Julie & she helped me and got lock open quickly. Thankful she gave me her number.

Generally prefer to rent 26 ft trucks due to dolly already in them and the extra length always helps have to drive to far past loading area to get one generally 100 miles out of the way round trip so this time I had to settle with a 20 ft truck

The whole experience was horrible, we get there to pick up the truck and the lights to the trailer don’t work, and we get to Missouri and find out the wipers don’t work and U-Haul couldn’t fix it cause it was on recall so they told us to figure it out, because they couldn’t tow us until we were 250 miles away.
