I wish uhual spend add new trucks to its inventory. The truck I rented was very old and it ran 100k miles.

Parking return equipment was limited
Brian RI was upgraded from a van to a 10ft Box truck which I didn't ask for or want. I wanted the van because I didn't need the truck or want to drive that big thing around. There was zero reasons why because when I arrived there's 2 vans there. The price difference for the upgrade was waived but not the difference in price for the mileage. Not ok! Some of us just want the van. I specifically chose the van. The difference in mileage and the difference in gas cost was not ok.

Micky SI don’t understand why if you have my license, license plate number, home address and credit card information, why deem it necessary to presume I am going to steal your trailer/property. Attendant at this facility wanted reference phone numbers i case I didn’t return the equipment. This is absurd! Had I not been in dire need of the equipment this day, U-Haul could have kept their equipment. The “ease of check in” took longer than the online return…. I will seek alternate rentals in the future when possible.

Timothy AMore parking spaces are needed for returning vehicles after office hours. The place where I was supposed to leave the truck was full and so I had to improvise.
Michael KThe van was overall clean but following are some opportunities for improvement: 1. The windshield was not clean 2. There was a smell of cigarettes 3. The driver door seal is not sealing and letting in road noise Other than that it's a great van and it did the job for me!
Sal MHad some trouble getting the keys and truck at first but got it figured out with the help of a nice gentlemen helping at that location. Trucks gas was not full when I got it but I returned to the same amount that was in it when I got it. Other than that no issues
