JEFFERY BOATWRIGHTIf a customer has to estimate his round trip milage and goes over upon returning the truck, additional fees apply which I understand but that should be explained at time of pickup. If you are charging for going over your estimated milage what consideration is given when a truck is return with significantly more fuel in it than it had when you picked it up? Example I went over my estimated milage by 8 miles and was charged an extra $6.83. When I picked up the truck it had under a half tank of fuel when I return the truck it had nearly 3/4 of a tank I feel that $6.83 over milage fee should or could have been off set by the overage of fuel upon return. I'm just saying!
Johnny BrownOverall experience was great the first location I went to claimed they didn’t have any rentals available so I had to pick up on base and was told that I couldn’t bring the truck back to that same location but I called the next day and I brought the truck back to the first location I went to I just really feel like they didn’t want my service to start with but overall I got my items out and I’m happy 😊

The gentleman who assisted me went above and beyond to ensure I was able to rent a truck on very short notice, even though the U-Haul dealer system had been down all day. He was more than courteous and helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. I will recommend this company, and especially this location to anyone who is need of moving services. Thank you.

Roger OlsenOur truck had no air conditioning it shakes at 55 the wipers didn’t work in rain. When I called to extend our days the gentleman was rude and had an attitude.

Cory foxTheir system was down and they were not able to give me the equipment at the appointment time. The employee did not even try to help by calling the UHaul to have me pick up the equipment at another location, just gave me a phone number. I got sent to 3 other locations by UHaul when I was finally able to get the equipment two hours later than the appointment time. When I returned the equipment 45 minutes late on the return date, I got charged an extra $70.42 fees. I rented a truck for my Army unit to move some military gear for a training exercise using a government credit card. After this experience with this location, I will not use it again nor I will recommend any other units to use this location or UHaul. Too bad they’re giving poor service to military personnel when the location is inside a military post.

JEFFERY BOATWRIGHTI did not receive my $50 guarantee due to cargo van I reserved was not avialable and I had to get a larger truck, the morning of pick up the wrong lock was on the truck and I had to stand out in the cold for about 1 hour trying to resolve this issue with customer service, billed the wrong amount and refunded less than was suppose to recieve. ADOLPHUS THOMASONPoor customer service, U-haul smelt like weed and needed to be whipped down. Back cab was dirty and had not been cleaned out. Tank was not on 1/4 when I received it. Asked for just extra hour to get house hold good put into storage was told they need it back by 4pm by one employee because a customer was going to pick it up (they had 6 more in the lot) but then was told by another to just call and let them know if I was going to go past 4 and that it's fine. Did what they told me and was charged for an additional day due to one additional hour. I waited till they closed with no additional U-hauls going out.
VICTOR FINCHEROnly issue I had was the level of gas when I picked the vehicle up. It wasn’t much which forced me to have to guy gas right up front. Not a deal breaker but it kind of slowed me down a little being as I only had the rental a few hours. Overall experience was great. I would still rate it 10/10z

KERRY MOORSCheck the gas, they were amazing and super professional, I was so amazed I pulled off without checking the gas until I went straight to the pump to prepare for my trip and noticed it was under what I would have had to turn it is as. Definitely taking mutually responsibility in not seeing and reporting it. But you live and learn and they were still the best experience I have had. They completely saved the day.
STACIA RIVERSThe trailer was poorly sealed and our stuff got damaged/ wet during our drive.
RYAN SLOMIANThe straps used to secure the vehicle on the auto transport had been cut and was barely long enough to work. Luckily the vehicle being transported had small wheels. Anything larger and the straps wouldn’t work. The ratchet used to tighten the straps were corroded and I had to spray some lubricant on them.

TIKIA PEREZMy truck broke down waited 4 hrs for a repair service to come.... At 8pm... To find out that my battery cables were almost completely off the side post.. i didnt even get to use the truck for its intended purpose. Very disappointed
