I did not interact with anyone as it was a Saturday and they were closed. I was able to find a spot to squeeze in the 26' U-Haul truck. U-Haul app drop-off did not work well here as there is not great cell reception (not the business's fault) so I just took pictures locally on my phone in case something came up.
RICHARD RHorrible customer service. The only reply I got when having a problem was, DO YOU WANT TO CACEL? Twice I had people meeting me from out of state to help with the move, twice I was called to tell me a truck was not available at agreed location. Uhaul suggests other locations that are miles and miles away from original pick up and in the opposite direction of my destination. Uhaul has become too big for their britches. Don't ok a pick up location if you can't guarantee that truck will be there on pick up date. It was a terrible experience. Not just for me but for all that we're helping me. And not everyone can operate a smart phone, not everyone has a smart phone. And at my last order there wasn't a signal to get on the app. I was able to call to say I couldn't get a cade due to no signal and didn't know how to do it, all I got is, DO YOU WANT TO CANCEL? No I can't cancel I have people traveling miles to help me and a timeliness to move my stuff. Unfreaking believable. Penske from now on and spreading the word
Valarie BI had a reservation fr 9 am, no one showed up till 930. This made me late for my 1st appointment and I had to be worked in later in the day if they had extra time. This then made me miss my next appointment time.

Carol IWe did not realize until we went to return the truck that Mr Hodges had changed the city on the contract we were to return it to. It took us an hour to get that straightened out and back to the city we used on our online reservation. Also, we paid cash which required us to pay another $100 refundable deposit. Only upon returning the truck we learned that we have to wait for UHaul to mail us our refund. We were told we would get it when we returned the truck. Praying it does not take long!

Bob FThe personnel responsible for checking in my equipment DID NOT promptly check in my equipment. I received a bill for extra day rental when in fact I turned in the equipment two days early!!!! I turned it in between 1:30-2:30 pm on Monday April 22 and it was logged in as being received on Thursday April 25 at 4:09 pm. When I asked about getting any documentation on April 22 to show it had been returned, I was told I would get a receipt via email and they took care of submitting the return information. I am very disappointed that the timing of my return is incorrect.

Michele KU haul had blankets inside dirty and covered in grass. We were charged for four days rental (never asked how long we needed it) just the price for rental, your at their mercy when you need a trailer I guess. turned in next day asked them about the four days. She said she would check see if we were going to be refunded any money, haven’t heard from her either.
BOB HI spent an hour and a half in Hodge's UHAUL parking lot. Even with an online reservation, trying to work our way through the APP was an absolute nightmare. Due to this HUGE delay, I got stuck moving items through a terrible rainstorm. It turned into a truly awful day. I sincerely hope that I never have to choose to pick up a UHAUL without a live customer service representative ever again. The only way this even worked out for me AT ALL on this day is because I had to correspond via "live Chat" with an actual UHAUL representative. The employees of the individual UHAUL stores/locations need to fully attempt to pick up a UHAUL truck via "smart phone" so that they can have a full and complete understanding of how well this process actually works; In all reality, they need an understanding of how POORLY this process works and all the problems and issues associated with it.
Andrea MI did not receive the dolly that I rented. I rented the U-Haul to move items that I needed the dolly to move.
Hannah WBrakes bad. Gas cap broken. Suspension broken. Truck had difficulty starting. Reported it to owner but he told me it was fine. The ride actually made me sick. I was scared to drive it. Then the charges were all screwed up but the owner said that was all on uhaul corporate. I’ll never rent uhaul again. Where’s my credit?

jim gThis was the worst experience ever!! I was overcharged for a dolly they never gave me and the charged me over double the rental fee. Uhual app and website were down when I returned my truck and I sat on hold for over 30 minutes trying to reach someone. I am still waiting for them to correct my charges. Avoid this trainwreck of a company!!!!

Linda KThe App doesn't work when trying to upload the pictures and thus I was unable to complete the return via the app. Hold for service was over an hour. By the time i got an answer I had already returned home and since I was not on site the customer service was unable to fix the app problem. (assuming it was fixable via phone/internet)
