I do not have internet access on phone so there was nothing personal at store could do to help called uhaul was on hold for over 45 minutes luckily lady at store gave Paul's number and walked me through the process was excellent help both of them not impressed with being on hold that long and talking to nobody sometimes new technology is not the best or only answer as I also own a moving and stg. Business need backup system for if computers go down with they will old paperwork just in case something like this happens could have been out the business 15 minute's instead of hour or more thank you TimTimmothy A.

Your roadside assistance people are rude and not willing to help you are help fix your problem. I would not recommend anyone to use your roadside assistance at all. The people I pick up and drop off locations are very nice people and very helpful and good people. You need to work on the roadside assistance people they are rude..DANIEL M.

Not happy with the changing of our pickup location. We had to drive an additional 30 miles to pickup and once we got there, they didn't have the pads, so we had to drive back to Athens to get the pads from the location we rented from in the first place. Not a happy customerJohn F.

Make sure the store is actually open when your reservation time is scheduled and as the store hours indicate. It would also be nice if all the paperwork was completed on site rather than getting a phone call later begging for informationKristan C.
It is a rural location off of a major (but non-interestate) highway. I found the staff to be friendly, efficient, and professional. I got what I needed with no trouble, which is all you can ask for.Scott E.

Sadly, we were routed here due to Uhaul overbooking when we reserved on line more than 2 weeks prior to our date needed. When arriving at this location the one worker at this little store had experienced a family emergency and had left the stored locked and unattended. We waited nearly an hour while we tracked down the Uhaul manager that had re-routed us to this location who contacted the store owner how had to leave her childs school event to come to rent us the truck.Kenny S.
