I should have read reviews about this location before I scheduled online. I scheduled the pick up for 9am because that’s when they open. Arrived at 9am to find out that the truck I reserved was still out with the previous customer. There was a misunderstanding on the return time apparently. So there was no over truck for me but this one so I had to wait for the previous customer to return the keys. They arrived at 10am. Then the system wasn’t processing and i was delayed even more. I was not able to leave with my truck and tow until 11am. The manager is an old guy who means well but takes twice as long to do things as any normal human. My move was delayed and my move helpers had to meet me at the uhaul to pick up the blankets to atleast start ahead of me. Never again.

The van I rented smell so bad that I had to roll the window down in order to breathe. There were roaches and the seats had what seem animals hair; the right passenger side's tire needed air so bad to the point I was actually praying to God not get a flat tire. The office so dirty no wonder. I strongly suggest that someone would come by from the home office to check this place. Otherwise, you'll be getting a lawsuit sooner or later.

Location was dirty, old and outdated. Staff wasn't friendly not professional, they never gave me the reservation documents plus they added a $14.95 protection that I had declined twice while doing my reservation online.

I got there to get help with taking the tow dolly off and the man working there told me not to ask him nothing for me to call the 1-800 number to ask for assistance. Then went on to tell me that the person who has access to the computer won't be back until for another 2 hours and it was already close to 2pm and told me they close at 5pm. This was by far the worse experience ever! I had to flag someone down from the road to help me remove my vehicle and the dolly from the truck so that I could unload everything properly. I didn't even receive a call confirming the drop off location just got a random email telling me the truck needed to be returned at this place. There wasn't even no where to park the truck. This place is way to small they refused to help and gave me the biggest headache ever! They should not represent Uhaul. I will pay the extra $20-$30 for a better rental truck company to make sure I'm taken care of.

Reservation set for 9am and no one showed up til 930am. Finally received the truck and the cabin was completely full with cockroaches and bugs. It was disgusting. Terrible experience overall

It took me 45 minutes to check out the truck when in fact I had done all the applicable reservation paperwork online.

The staff had no idea how to operate the system. Took me over 40min to rent a van and after delivering the van back I was charged for environmental fee and cleaning fee that was never mentioned before. I transported a chandelier that didn’t mess the van in anyway so I’m not sure why I got charged the fees. I’m totally unhappy about the experience and wouldn’t go back to this location. I do not recommend to anyone.

Where do I begin. You guys are officially the shittiest company in the world. I had three reservations canceled for me the same day. And now I get to spend more time calling the U-Haul where I finally was able to rent a truck and they overcharged me. So yeah I can’t wait to hear back from you guys.
