This location is not staffed, or it wasn't when I was there. I was able to impose on a young gentleman who had nothing to do with U-Haul to help me unhitch my trailer due to an injury. Unhitching is not a complex process but with a broken back there was no way I could lift the tongue off the hitch. They certainly had a lot of trailers, trucks so appears to be a popular location. No one was there around 9 am on a Tuesday but the online U-Haul app check in was a breeze. If you are a young, healthy adult this is a convenient location. Wouldn't recommend to MY friends because we are fossils and need assistance so "self serve" doesn't work.Renae Alana I.

I showed up and no one was there. I went into the location and the person obviously lives there. There is a couch out where the desk is. There were clothes all over the couch including their underwear. Open beer cans. It was literally the worst case scenario. We set an appointment for a reason and no one is available. The trailer door wouldn't close and he told us to drive 16 miles to the big dealer and get a new one, once we drove there, they did not have a new trailer. Little Elm dealer very inappropriate with language. Not personable. Will not recommend at allMelissa P.
The U-Haul vehicle was so bumpy, that the whole time I drove it on any type of road I could feel the bumps the entire time. Something needs to be done to fix the vehicle so that is a smooth rideMARC G.

I was cussed at by your employee for not coming to get a truck we had already picked up 6 hour earlier and charged for dollies and pads we did not have and when I called the guy to straighten it out when we went to return the truck he said he didn't make mistakes and gave me a 1800 uhaul number.
