Mettre une remorque de plus grande dimension en location serait très apprécié. Il y a deux très petite et celle que j'ai louer était très juste pour mon besoin. J'ai quand même très apprécié et je considère la louer à nouveau.

I asked to pick up the rental truck in Montreal and the single truck offered finally was nearby st jerome at 40 Kms from Montreal. Impossible to get another truck. Finally, in the emergency we took a taxi and we expense 80 dollars for the ride. And we did not receive from Uhaul a discount for that.

être plus clair avec les tarifs et calcule et contrat car au finale rien n'était calculé comme au début, nous avons dépassé le budget prévu et j'avais choisi une place à l'épiphanie pour le u-haul et je nai pas eu d'avertissement pour dire que c'était 10km de plusque nous avions calculé dans notre budget bref très déçu

I reserved a truck more than 3 weeks ahead but was advised 48 hours before the requested date that no truck was available in Montreal for me!!! I had to travel,over 50 km to get a larger truck than needed in a small village outside town. This obliged my wife to take 3 hours of her time, spent gas and other coats to get there. This also increased my gas cost with the larger truck and to block carefully the load as the truck was only 2/3 full. The truck itself was quite old and clunky, had an odometer in miles with an Arizona license plate.

Transmission et les joints universelles ça laissait à désirer.. ... à part ça tout était correct.

Le service de l'établissement fut très bien. Cependant, le service offert par U-HAul est déficient. On recoit des couriels nous disant qu'un représenant de U-Haul va nous contacter et en réalité, personne nous contact. Le représentant m'a dit de me connecter sur MyUhaul.com, ce qui n'existe plus!! Le processus de reservation est boiteux.
