Douglas LThe issuing of the UHAUL at the Cadillac location was absolutely excellent. However, though I paid for THE RENTAL / ADDITIONAL materials on the preorder site, it was not in her system. Only the reservation was there for her to see. And, she could not see any material items that I'd ordered AND PAID FOR. So, she rung up the UHaul separate, and I paid for it separate. And, she run up the materials, and I paid for those separately, too. Tha place WAS EXCELLENT, but the online part of it was not good.

ROBERT LCar hauler trailer had ripped tie down strap and the trailer apparently wasn't inspected prior to us picking it up. We got the unit home, and as we were loading the vehicle, found that the strap had been damaged and was too short to reach the ratchet. We spent approximately 2-3 hours waiting for service and a replacement strap which was finally repaired. When we left, the strap kept coming loose on one side and we ended up stopping to tighten the strap and finally stopped and purchased two additional straps to hold the vehicle down. And then when we got to our location and dropped the unit off with more fuel in it than when we picked it up, the drop off location charged us $52.00 to put fuel in the vehicle. We will never rent from U-Haul again.

Laurel MIt's a very dismal setting. But, good enough to drop off equipment. Girl was on the phone. She acknowledged me. Just had me give her the keys and I left. I was charged extra miles later. It was o.k. but I would've like to of handled it all at the time I dropped it off. Still an o.k. experience.
Michelle BI understand you are there to make a profit but some sort of refund when equipment is returned early would be nice. I returned my trailer at my destination 1 day early and there was a new customer just waiting for someone to show up with a trailer. Moving is stressful enough and then you have rental equipment to deal with.

carol hMy pick up time was 9am and no one showed up until almost 9:20am. After all the paperwork and the process of the employee opening the store starting up the computer etc. I didn't get out of there until roughly 9:45. I was on a scheduled and this definately didn't help.

David DMy first reservation was totally wrong. I was sent to Universal and they did not even have a mobile system set up. Luckily Hometown Rent to Own came to my rescue.

Kelly HWhen I arrived to pick up my truck there was a sign on the door saying "Back in 20 minutes". I waited almost an hour before someone showed up. Then she gave me the wrong key. When I returned to get the right key I had to wait another 10 minutes & she couldn't find the key. I had to look over the counter & point it out to her. Horrible Customer Service.
