Requested a uhaul a few minutes from my place of living. Was contacted by uhaul saying they could not accommodate that and sent me clear across town to a different place. I was already limited on miles then they changed the location and only added a few miles extra. I went over the miles (truck was not very fuel efficient, took over half of allotted miles to drive 50+ miles) and then was charged for going over the miles given. I do not believe I should’ve been charged. When returning the uhaul it asked me if I agreed with the charges, I said no and then it said someone would be in contact with me the next day. No one ever texted, called, emailed anything and then today I get a receipt of them charging me extra.

Michael FExtremely small and crowded parking lot. I don’t recommend this if you have a larger uhaul to return. The employees of the location were not there at 3:15 on a Monday and the sign said open. I was not given a lock for the back so I assumed retuning the uhaul during business hours was the best route because I had a dolly I rented in the back. Without a lock, it could have easily been stolen.
SHERRI DI was told to fill the gas to 3/4, level it was received. I did so but the attendant was rude and insisted it was not correct and charged me $14 dollars more. The location was so crowded with cars and Uhauls that we had to drive around the block a few times in order to get into the lot to return the truck. Very stressful
