How about not overcharging me for this trailer. 60$ for 8 hours WOW! Your advertisements everywhere say 19.99 per day and yet I use it for 1/3 of a day and get charged 60$ smh, U-Haul has gone to crap, used them for years, will be looking for an alternative in the future! The guy that helped me was great, the company 👎
Camerron MGuy was sleeping in his camper. Told him we were on the way. He said we signed up for 24/7. Waiting for him to wake up. Then he struggles to even get us checked out. U-Haul made us drive 1.5 hours out of the way from Casper our move week to get the 26 footer from Lusk. Poor communication. Poor quality. It appears these other locations are just people wanting some side money but don’t really care about their quality of service.
