Brought the truck back on 1/2 tank as it had been when we picked it up. The girl at the desk didn't want to go out and look at it while I was there and then I get an email saying it wasn't on 1/2 tank and charged me $11 for fuel! I guess the only way to eliminate that will be to insist the receiver look at it and return it with more fuel than it was picked up at.

Again, the drop off location was supposed to be Derrick’s Detailing in Cullman... the app showed it... it doesn’t even exist! I had to find another place to drop the trailer off. Why are these people in your app?

If U HAUL ALREADY HAS 16 FT AUTO TRANSPORT TRAILORS THEN THIS IS NOT NECESSARY, IF NOT, 16FT TRAILORS WOULD BE A GOOD INVESTMENT, WE HAD A SMALL VEHICLE AND THERE WAS ONLY ABOUT A FOOT BEHIND THE BACK TIRES, "BUT" THE FRONT TIRE RESTRAINTS IS REALLY A GREAT TRAILOR ADDITION, OTHER THAN THIS THE TRANSPORT WORKED VERY WELL, GLAD TO HAVE U HAUL AROUND WHEN YOU NEED THEM.

Have a contact number for a location if they are not open during their operating hours. The Rental location in Cullman Alabama being closed caused a bunch of confusion which has lead me to be over charged.

I originally reserved at Kings Auto Sales. The day of pickup they informed me I had to go to a Poultry Co in Jones Chapel for pickup which was very inconvenient. I began making calls to Cullman vendors and Hope Janitorial was the only vendor who offered to help me. Even though we downsized the truck it was convenient for me and very pleasant to work with. Recommend them to anyone.

I called and asked to extend the rental if it was not already booked. The lady I originally spoke with was very nice and said that I could extend the rental since it was not reserved. Several hours passed and I received a phone call from the location where the woman immediately demanded ri know when I would have the rental back. I explained what had transpired earlier and she told me it didn't matter and that I would have to have the rental back by 4:00 or forfeit my deposit. I was an hour away and rushed the vehicle back, made it on time. One nice lady checked the vehicle in and was friendly and professional in doing so. At the end while I'm waiting for my deposit to be returned a scowling woman comes from the back does some sort of funn y math and rather than getting a deposit back I magically owe her. She does not explain the charges at all and said the lady I originally spoke with was gone. I feel like this lady reached into my pocket and stole from me. She singlehandedly turned this experience from positive to the worst I have ever had. The other people that worked at this place were all friendly and professional and this is not meant to be negative towards them in any way.

I tried the online check in and it was a miserable experience. I was to pickup the truck at 8 am. but the online person rejected my rental after I sent her numerous pictures to identify myself. It was a no brainer to identify me as I had a current license picture and my photo that was sent. I wasted 1 hr and 20 minutes until the store opened to get the truck on a moving day with all my help waiting. The store owner was great but as for the online check in, I will never risk using it again.

This particular U-Hual site in cullman, Al was poorly managed. They came up with their own rules ontop of trying to enforce u-huals rules. Managment here tries to overcharge for days not used and demand higher premiums before your able to rent a u-hual unit from them even when presented a quote from U-Hual. Also this site has a small dog that will bite at your feet and clothes with the owner doing nothing to restrain such animal from doing so. Very unprofessional help and zero courtesy.

Stop shifting pickup locations in a given area. My reservation was originally listed for a location across town. When I got to the original location I was told that “no” my pickup was elsewhere and the regional manager / supervisor sent me an email. I never received an email I could find. Also this happened the last time I rented as well. In fact my prior rental the pickup location was changed FOUR times. This is not good business swapping things all over the place such that customers cannot plan pickup locations or transportation to same.

These people at this location has been rude and I will not tell anybody about them at all ever...and they over charge and they continue to charge my card and refuse to help in anyway so therefore I will contact my lawyer and bank I will get all my money back period..never again will I use them ever

The drivers window was out of track and wouldn’t roll down or up so it made adjustments to the mirror difficult. The pick up and drop off was all the way across town from my actual reserved location which wasn’t that big of a deal until I was charged for the extra 30 or so miles to and from the drop off point and I was just a shade under the gas tank setting and they charged me for 3 gallons of fuel. None of which would have happened if I were able to pick up and drop off at quick tire like I originally wanted to. It was right along the way and very near were I moved to. Very upset. Out an extra $60 almost and will let everyone know what a bad experience I had. And I can promise that I will never rent uhaul again.

When I returned the pickup truck it was packed on a moderate incline, I returned the vehicle with more fuel in tank than I started with. When the vehicle was inspected the lady advised me that there was Less fuel in tank than when I received it. I tried to explain to the woman that the vehicle was parked on a incline that she was not receiveing a accurate reading and that I had put more than enough fuel in the tank. She just told me that by looking at the gas Guage was all she had to go by, and I explained that you were not receiveing a accurate reading due to the slight Hill it was sitting on.. She didn't want to hear it and still charged me additional $6..
