Ronda Washingtonasked to be charged at the counter even though I put card information in when reserving online the day before. Seemed as if I had to restart the process over and guy at the register said if I didn’t pay then we would be charged another $100 hold. Then he couldn’t figure out the lock on the truck so it wasted 30 out of our rental time and shorten the amount of time that we had to move out of our home.

Tadeusz KrawczykFor dropoff, the U-Haul application could not complete the online dropoff due to the location not being found. I had to call the next day to complete the return.
RENEE TURCOThe mileage allowed gor the move was ridiculous. I was over before i even got into Oshkosh and they did not care one bit. Parking the truck was a mess. The amount charged was wrong I woyld like a call asap 7156169021. I tried to call the 1800 number and sat on hold for over a half hour twice and had to hang up because i had to go to work.
Loraine BaileyThe staff was nice. We were uncomfortable with no mask wearing by employees. Also disappointed that after an hour (literal) paperwork, the truck was not clear of snow. After cleaning off truck, it did not start. After another significant amount of time, we were given a second truck which was not full of gas and had the wrong mileage listed. It was only off by 20-some miles but enough to be a problem for us given the number of miles they allowed. After more time, the regional rep gave us extra miles to use. We still returned the truck full of gas because we didn't want to short the next renter. Again, the staff at this location was nice. The problems encountered were not as nice.
kristian weberThis was one of the most frightening places I've ever been. First, no employees were wearing masks. Second, they obviously weren't enforcing customers to wear masks and there were 5 customers in the store already when I entered. Third, this is a gun store! People were in there buying assault rifles. I was terrified. They were so busy that I had to wait. An associate took the truck key and said that his colleague did the UHaul rentals and he would check me out later in the day since they were busy.. That didn't happen and since I dropped off the truck on a Saturday I had to wait until Monday for my final bill.

William CrockettDavid was a life/back saver, needed a truck with ramp, could not find one called them and had a truck with ramp available. Started order on phone and got the truck within 30 min. All of your employees were professional, would recommend this location to anyone needing a U-haul!
jeff foremani HAVE NO COMPLAIN WITH THE LOCATION. UHAUL SCREWED UP MY RENTAL TIME, THE UHAUL REP TEREZA WAS HORRIBLE AND RUDE. I HAD TO GO FARTHER TO GET A SMALLER TRUCK, I SMALLER TRUCK REQUIRED MULTIPLE TRIPS COSTING ME MORE. JASON JAGDFELD OFFERED A $50 CREDIT & WAIVED THE EXTRA MILEAGE COSTS. THIS WAS SATISFACTORY. NOW UHAUL HAS BILLED ME AGAIN FOR THE ORIGINAL $104.79 AND BILLED ME FOR THE EXTRA MILEAGE $30.94! UHAUL IS NOW STEALING FROM ME! THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD DEALING WITH A RENTAL SERVICE. HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK?
Henry ButkovichReserve a U-Haul at a different location, confirmed my reservation with a email and there was no truck there for me, called u-haul and they said they would get back to me, nothing, stop at a different location and they got me set up, 1 star to first location and 1 star to U-Haul customer service, 5 stars to the place that got me set up

Jodie PoeThe automated process took a long time to and required customer support in order to proceed. The $.99 per mile is absolutely ridiculously overpriced. I would never recommend.
David WintersTerrible service! Never been more disappointed. I schuduled to pick the uhaul up @ 9am. Go at 830 to where i thought i schuduled it to be picked up and come to find out i had to go to another location to pick it up. Get there and nobody is there to help us... Call the other location where a nice lady helped us try to figure out what was going on. Then went back to get the uhaul now its 940am and we still have not got it. We arrive at the new location she told us to go to and the man who works there is terrible... We we're there for a good 40 45mins for nonsense.. Finally at 1030 we get our uhaul .... Not good service when you have an appt time and they arent even open!!!!!

David FilzenThe equipment was clean. But here’s a tip...provide vehicles that don’t leak when it rains. For 2/3rds of my 180 mile drive from Oshkosh WI. to Elgin IL., it rained. Water dripped continuously on to the back of my shoulder, it ran down my back, and into my pants. The harder it rained, the faster the drips came. It was a less than a pleasant experience.
