No signage for business, or Uhaul. App took 45 minutes to return the truck.

I was in a real tough spot after budget screwed me over. Uhaul stepped up and got me a truck quick and provided excellent service and communication the entire time. I will only go with uhaul from now on.

The rep who assisted me was not knowledgeable about the financial dealings. He explained that I would receive money back for turning in the truck early, but this was not true. Upon turning in the truck to another (out-state) location, I was told this isn't true. When I called him to inquire about it, he told me he doesn't deal with finances.

I'm a resident of Pikeville NC and the location is rough for smaller vehicles. Recent rains have caused deep rutting and mud holes in the lot causing rough manuvering in some spots. Would be better if lot was graveled in at exit point as well.
