Reserved a 26' truck far in advance to pick up in Aberdeen. Was told 2 days beforehand that the closest 26' truck was in Watertown. No effort made to get what I requested to me, just an add on trailer, highly inconvenient. Refused the trailer and took the 20' truck, which ended up not being big enough. Additionly, I chose the pick up location because it was supposedly open on Saturdays. Location was closed on my arrival and pickup ended up being a huge hassle. Like moving isn't stressful enough, this experience made it even worse.
