The attendees at the Chevron location need to be aware of the process with the whole rental process and lock. So if needing assistance, they can be helpful. Neither one had a clue about the whole lock process, and were not helpful at all. And the location the vehicle is parked needs to be in a well lit area for proper inspection. And i also wish the approval process went a little faster or is completed beforehand, because as a woman doing this at night at a gas station is a little scary. But overall, I loved the process, makes it easier and less of a hassle

Not really a good experience for the money. I usually use Penske and that’s who I’ll use going forward because uhaul has really gone down hill. You usually charge more money for worn out equipment and bad customer service. I also as a side note did not get the truck i needed and had to go back later with my own truck to pick up the rest of my stuff. The reason i got a moving truck is so i could do it in one go but that didn’t happen.

All I did was Gabe them keys, seemed a little strange, so I took a few pictures of truck & where I dropped it off at just in case there was an issue with return.

This location didn’t want to accept it because they didn’t have room to. I returned the truck to the location I agreed to on the contract.

The single clerk on duty was great to deal with. She was polite and professional while having to check in the truck and run the convenience store.
