I have no negative comments. Renting a trailer from Hurley's Automotive Group who is a UHaul dealer as well has always been a great experience. Service is absolutely wonderful, easy to rent and the people are helpful and so friendly. 20 stars if I could rate them. I highly recommend renting a UHaul from Hurleys, they will take good care of you.
JAY AI got a little confused trying to navigate the Uhaul web site at check in. It’d be nice if the Uhaul website was a little clearer and easier to use!

HAROLD BI was told to drop the truck off in Columbus and a revised ticket was sent with the Columbus drop off location. I still ended up with a 75.00 charge for wrong drop off location. Everything else went well.

Dennis DDebbie the staff was very friendly. Got me a truck to use the next day to move items to one of my adult kid’s apartment. Price was good and affordable plus saved my back and time if I had used my SUV. Great company!
Phil TI made a one way reservation over the phone at the nearest uhaul site. Since the pick up location didn't have the larger trucks, they directed me to another pick up location, but assured me I could drop off at the original site I booked through. Upon return of truck I was charged almost $300 for wrong drop off location even though I did exactly as my phone reservation was directed to do. Terrible experience start to finish and the manager refused to call back when I asked several times. I hope I never need a uHaul again. If they couldn't accommodate my request they shouldn't have made the reservation for me!
