No directions on where to drop off vehicle. The location is a vacant lot next to what appears to be a primary residence. Was very confused on what to do when I dropped off the van

Raul CI will say that the Uhaul is outdated. I felt I was over charged. Knowing the area I did have to apply something with damage protection knowing the construction. The truck is way out dated. It does need to have a back up camera for one and the seating is very uncomfortable. I also spent time cleaning in the truck and did not get the 25$ credit I was expecting. Not real happy with the experience. I just wish they were maintained better. A reverse camera is a must especially for safety reasoning.

vencent bThe only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the ground is very sandy, so it got all over my feet. Besides it being a very busy street, which has no bearing on this rating. To pull into the driveway there was a big drop, that can bottom out a lower vehicle. So, I am glad that I brought my SUV. Otherwise, Jonise was a pleasure to deal with and rented it to me the same day. She came outside to her garage with all of the paperwork and contract, being there was no office. It was rented from their home, which is a good idea, being they have plenty of land. Vicki
Vicky FIt was horrible, I’ve always rented uhaul but in the occasion the house where I went to rent it, they wanted to rob me my of my money and I had an argument with the owner of the house to ay works for uhaul I will never buy from this address.

Migdalia ACustomer service is very good and helpful. Our date of arrival changed 2 or 3 times and u-haul is very understanding worked with us perfect. Only reason for above rating is this location is just starting out and lot is not finished for easy access yet, still very happy with our experience! Thanks again
marcus sFirst of all the drop of location was someone's house and a big dirt hole yard where your supposed to park the trucks , there's holes everywhere bumpy dirt road you are bond to get stuck , also the guy there was very rude , did not speak was on his cell phone the whole time. Very poor customer service , very poor location for a drop off
